On February 18, 2026, the Aklan Catholic College community will gather in prayer for the Eucharistic Celebration and the Imposition of Blessed Ash.

This sacred celebration invites everyone to reflect, to pray, and to renew our hearts as we begin the Lenten season. It is a moment to remember Godโ€™s mercy, seek His guidance, and strengthen our faith.

On February 11, 2026, Aklan Catholic College celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, the Patroness of Aklan Catholic College.

The celebration began with a solemn religious procession, followed by a Eucharistic Celebration at St. John the Baptist Cathedral. The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Jose Gualberto I. Villasis, Ph.D., together with Rev. Fr. Paul Andrew S. Sayon V, Rev. Fr. Glenn C. Magpusao, Rev. Fr. Laurence Andrew U. Oliva, and Rev. Fr. Diego D. Sitjar, Jr.

May Mama Mary inspire us to grow in compassion, strengthen our devotion, and remain steadfast in our commitment to God and to one another.

The ACC community gathered in faith and thanksgiving for the Holy Mass, a grace-filled celebration to bless and mark the start of the Dia Familia.

Presided over by Rev. Fr. Alfredo โ€œBongโ€ Guerrero, the Mass became a moment of prayer for families, asking the Lord to guide this program and to strengthen love, unity, and understanding in every home.

Through this celebration, we were reminded that family is a gift from God and a strong foundation of faith. United as one community, we offered our hopes and intentions for every family taking part in the Dia Familia.

May this Mass be a blessed beginning and a source of grace for all families.

Kanlungan became a safe space of comfort and love as ACCians gathered with open hearts for this meaningful encounter. Guided by the theme ComforLove, Comfort and Love, everyone was reminded that we come not only to listen, but to feel, to heal, and to belong.

The gathering opened with an opening prayer, followed by the Bible Verse of the Day from Isaiah 41:10. These words reminded us that God is always with us, strengthening and holding us in times of fear and doubt.

A short welcome address set the tone for a warm and caring atmosphere. Fun games helped build connection and joy among everyone, leading to a meaningful talk that reminded us of Godโ€™s love and presence in our lives. The song of the week, โ€œHow He Lovesโ€ by John Mark McMillan, echoed Godโ€™s deep and faithful love throughout the gathering.

Kanlungan ended with a closing prayer, leaving everyone comforted, loved, and reminded that this is a place where hearts are safe.

Today, the first Thursday of the month and year, the Aklan Catholic College Senior High School department gathered for the Community Mass at the ACC Covered Court Annex Campus.

The ceremony began with the Divine Mercy Chaplet. This was followed by the Eucharistic Celebration, presided over by Rev. Fr. Diego Sitjar.

It was a meaningful time to pause and ask for Godโ€™s mercy for ourselves, for others, and for the whole world. It was also a moment to give thanks and to pray for Godโ€™s guidance and blessings as we begin a new month and year.
