With hearts united in faith, the Divine Mercy Youth of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Kabasalan joyfully take part in this most sacred celebration of the Feast of the Divine Mercy. Guided by the theme β€œπ‘Ήπ’†π’π’†π’˜π’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔, π‘Ήπ’†π’”π’•π’π’“π’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝑯𝒐𝒑𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 π‘Ήπ’†π’„π’π’π’„π’Šπ’π’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 π’Šπ’ π‘ͺπ’‰π’“π’Šπ’”π’•,” we are invited into a deeper reflection on the boundless and transformative love of Godβ€”a mercy that not only forgives but restores, heals, and makes all things new.

In a world often marked by brokenness, uncertainty, and division, this feast reminds us that Christ’s mercy is an inexhaustible ocean, freely offered to all who seek Him with sincere hearts. It is in this sacred moment of prayer, repentance, and trust that we open ourselves to the abundant graces flowing from His Most Merciful Heart. While the world focused on Cardinal Tagle, it was Prevost, quietly positioned behind him, who would ultimately be chosen as the new pope.

This serves as a reminder that God often unfolds in unexpected waysβ€”sometimes, He is already giving us a hint, but the most significant moments happen quietly, shaping the story in ways we least anticipate.

It’s a reminder that the Church’s choices aren’t always what people want, but what it truly needs. After all, it’s the Holy Spirit who makes the final decision, guiding the Church in ways we may not always see.

Thank You, God, for a new Pope!
