HOPE

Traditionally, we light the first candle on the wreath as we begin this season of HOPE. This Advent, more than ever in these modern times, we need light to see us through the darkness; we need the grace of hope to see us through. To speak of hope to those who are desprate, to those who are traumatized of the devastation of natural calamities.

This Advent is our opportunity to prepare fully for the gift of a God who also CHOOSES to be involved in the life of our world; a God who shares the desperation, tears and suffering of humanity.

"In the midst of the storm, we hold fast to faith and charity. The recent typhoon has also devastated many families in Negros Occidental, and as a church community, we are called to be a 'shelter from the storm'. Please help us provide essential supplies and support to those in need. Please support our peso donation drive..all donations will go towards buying food, water and basic needs to help them get through this difficult time.

We are opening our doors as a relief collection point.

Announcement to each and everyone!
Rev. Fr. Sixto Pahayahay will be instituted tomorrow October 30, 2025 at the Parish of Saint Isidore the Farmer, Salong Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental by the Diocesan Bishop Rt. Rev Alger Loyao at 10 in the morning. There will be a Holy Mass associated in this celebration.
