Ang San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish Choir naga-invite sang mga kabataan nga gusto mag-upod sa choir kag mag-alagad pinaagi sa pagkanta. Magkadto lamang sa aton simbahan. Alas 9 sang aga ang practice adlaw-alaw. 🎶

Ang importante may interes kag kabubut-on mag-alagad sa Ginoo. 🙏

Theme: Take Courage, I have Overcome the World- John 16:33

Nagtipon kami indi lang bilang mga indibidwal, kundi bilang isa ka pamatan-on sang simbahan, agud mas mapabaskog ang amon pagtuo kag pag-alagad sa Ginoo.

DSYC 2026 || Activity Highlights

Day 1 – “Have Courage”
We started our journey with joy and openness through GTKY and animation, building connections as one youth. We were also reminded through the talk “Faith in the Digital Age” to stay grounded in God even in a world full of distractions. The day ended in a deep and prayerful encounter with Taizé and Confession—bringing peace, reflection and renewal of the heart.

Day 2 – “I Have Overcome”
A day filled with hope and inspiration. Through the talk on understanding hope and powerful testimonies “Stories of Hope,” we were reminded that God is always present in every struggle. The Living Rosary united us in prayer, strengthening our faith as one community.

Day 3 – “The World”
We stepped out in service and joy through a clean-up drive, celebrating unity in caring for God’s creation. Fun and laughter filled the air during Larong Pinoy and Barrio Fiesta, reminding us that faith is also lived through culture, and togetherness.

Day 4 – Home Sweet Home🏡
We return home with grateful hearts, carrying the memories and lessons. This is not the end but a new begginging.

We faced different challenges in our everyday camp—moments of tiredness, and ang mga personal struggles, but each challenge became a reminder that we are never alone. Through every trial nga amon na-agyan, we learned nga kinanlan gid namon magbuligay kay wala na kami sang iban pa nga saligan kundi ang amon lang gid kaugalingon kag ang Ginoo, kag nangin maisog kami paagi sa amon nga pag-tuo kag pagpangamuyo kay Kristo.

To Rev. Fr. Ivan Cantor, our deepest gratitude for your guidance and spiritual support. Your presence inspired us to grow closer to God.

To everyone who helped us financially, emotionally and spiritually, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Because of you, this journey became possible and meaningful.

Happy Sacerdotal Anniversary, Bishop Louie!

Today, we thank God for the gift of your priesthood and for the many years you have faithfully served His people. Your kindness, humility, and steady presence have touched so many lives in the Diocese of Kabankalan.

Thank you for walking with your people in both joyful and difficult times, for your prayers, and for the simple ways you bring us closer to God. You remind us that faith can be lived every day, in small but meaningful ways.

We pray that the Lord continues to bless you with strength, good health, and a joyful heart as you carry on your mission. May He renew your spirit and fill you with peace.

Cantor, sa aton PPC president, Finance council chairman, Worship committee chair, Evangelization committee chair, Services committee chair, mga lector, mga seminarista, mga sponsor, mga choir members, mga altar servers, kag sa tanan nga nagserbisyo sa simbahan—salamat guid sa inyo pag-alagad kag dedikasyon.

Salamat man sa mga nag-organisa, nagprepare, kag sa tanan nga naghatag sang ila oras kag kusog agud mangin matahum kag makahulugan ang aton pagselebrar.

Tungod sa inyo pagtuo kag pagtinir, napalig-on ang aton komunidad bilang isa ka pamilya sa Dios. Kabay pa nga padayon kita nga mag-alagad kag maghigugmaay.

Ang Diyos magbendisyon sa aton tanan. ✝️🙏💖
