𝙻𝙾𝙾𝙺 | 04-24-26 | Eucharistic Celebration on the Solemnity of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist.

With grateful hearts, we extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who made the Feast of Saint John the Baptist 2026 a meaningful and faith-filled celebration.

Our deepest gratitude to Most Rev. Louie P. Galbines, SThD, D.D., for presiding over the Solemn Eucharistic Celebration and for sharing with us his inspiring message of faith and service. This celebration also marked his final presiding at our parish. We are truly grateful for his pastoral leadership, guidance, and love for our community. Though we bid him farewell, we carry with us his inspiring example of faith and service, praying that God may continue to bless and strengthen him in his new mission.

We also thank all our priests, sponsors, parish organizations, ministries, volunteers, and every parishioner whose dedication, generosity, and prayers contributed to the success of this year's feast.

To our guests and devotees who joined us in honoring our beloved patron, thank you for your presence and participation. Your support strengthened our parish community and made this celebration even more special.

As we conclude this joyous feast, may Saint John the Baptist continue to inspire us to live as faithful witnesses of Christ, courageously proclaiming, “He must increase, but I must decrease.”

With grateful hearts, we thank Manong/Sir Bon for sharing his time, knowledge, and talent with us. Through his guidance, we are learning how to sing properly, improve our vocal techniques, and pronounce every word clearly and meaningfully.

As we continue our preparations for the Feast of Saint John the Baptist, may this training help us offer our voices in prayer and praise, giving glory to God through sacred music.

With hearts full of faith and devotion, we joyfully invite everyone to join us in celebrating the Feast of Saint John the Baptist. 🙏💙

Guided by the theme, “San Juan nagaaman sang dalan sa pagkabalaan kag kahimayaan,” let us come together in prayer, Holy Masses, and meaningful parish activities. May this celebration inspire us to faithfully follow the path that leads us closer to God and embrace His call to holiness and glory.

As Saint John the Baptist humbly proclaimed, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” (John 3:30) May his example inspire us to grow in faith, hope, and service, always pointing others toward Christ. ✨

Happy 8th Episcopal Anniversary Bishop Louie 🙏

Today, May 28, 2026, we thank God for the 8th Episcopal Anniversary of Most Rev. Louie P. Galbines, SThD., DD. in the Diocese of Kabankalan.

For eight years, he became a good and loving shepherd to the people of the diocese. Through his simple life, kind heart, and faithful service, many people were encouraged to stay close to God and continue serving the Church with joy.

As Bishop Louie prepares for his new mission in the Diocese of Bacolod, the Diocese of Kabankalan is grateful for all the years he spent serving and guiding the people. Even if he will soon leave the diocese, the love, care, and memories he shared will always remain in our hearts.

Thank you, Bishop Louie, for your prayers, guidance, and service. May God continue to bless you with strength, good health, wisdom, and peace as you continue your mission.

JUST IN: Pope Leo XIV has accepted the resignation of Bishop Patricio A. Buzon as Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bacolod and has appointed Bishop Louie P. Galbines as the new Bishop of Bacolod.

The tents are down. The yells are quiet. But DSYC 2026 camp never ends — because the learnings, memories, and experience are now part of who we are.

It reminds us we’re not alone in faith.
It teaches us that the Church believes in the young.
It challenges us to live what we prayed here.

To our beloved Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Jose Rodel Sampollo. Thank you for trusting us to represent our parish, for praying over us before we left, and for believing that the youth are not just the future of the Church, but her present. Your blessing was our armor. Your support reminded us that we have a shepherd who walks with us.

Lord, bless our parish priest and to the parents of these delegates. For every worry they carried, replace it with peace. For every prayer they whispered for us, answer it with grace. Help them to keep trusting you as you shape us into young disciples. May they see that in allowing us to grow in the Church, they are raising not just good children — but saints in the making. Through the intercession of St. John the Baptist and Mama Mary, Amen.

𝙈𝙖𝙢𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙖𝙮 🌸

Luke 1:38 “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord.”

In May, we remember a teenage girl from Nazareth who said yes without knowing the whole plan. That’s hope. For young people facing uncertainty about the future, Mary models courage: trust God, even when the path isn’t clear yet.

For youth, Mama Mary isn’t a distant statue. She’s the Nanay who understands. Anxious about school? She was anxious searching for 12-year-old Jesus. Heartbroken? She stood at the Cross. In May, we’re invited to run to her like kids run to their mom — with our santinganay, Santacruzan, and simple rosaries after class.
