Good day brothers and sisters! it's been a while after the event, but we want to remind to that In a world often filled with uncertainty and shadows, we are reminded that light has already come—bringing hope, clarity, and purpose. This verse calls us to step out of darkness and into a life guided by truth and faith. It reassures us that belief is not about perfection, but about choosing to follow the light that leads us to something greater than ourselves. Even in moments of doubt, we are never left without direction.

We are also reminded that we are not condemned, but given a chance to grow, to listen, and to live out the Word in our daily lives. This is a powerful invitation to reflect on how we respond to the truth we hear. Are we allowing it to transform us? Let this message inspire us to become vessels of light to others—sharing kindness, compassion, and understanding in everything we do.

God’s miracles don’t have a deadline; they have a "perfect time."

Last April 13 of event in Praisefest was a beautiful reminder to trust the process and the Provider. Kuya Mac Daryl Capacia reminded us that sometimes we feel restless waiting for answers, but we can find peace knowing that dili gyud ma-late ang Ginoo.
He is preparing the miracle just as He is preparing our hearts to receive it. Let’s hold onto that promise and continue to praise Him in the waiting!

"God does not wait for us to 'fix ourselves"

Last April 13 of the event, These powerful words from our Campus Adviser, Kuya John Carlo Ranoco, reminded us during the Homeward Bound session that we are loved exactly as we are.
Often, we feel the need to hide our struggles or wait until we have everything figured out before approaching Him, but this talk served as a beautiful reminder that our mess and confusion are where His grace meets us most. Returning home to Him isn't about being perfect; it's about being present and open to a love that never fails.

The Opening Worship was an invitation to experience the warmth of a community united by faith.

Last April 13 of event in opening worship, Kuya Jules Erchie Mumar, Chapter Head of YFC Jasaan. shared His words resonated deeply with the crowd, offering a profound reminder of God's constant presence in our lives. By emphasizing that we always have a "light and a home" to return to, he provided a sense of peace and security that refocused our hearts on the true purpose of the gathering: finding our way back to the love that sustains us.

HOMEWARD BOUND!🐢

Our recent collective meeting, themed "Homeward Bound," was more than just a gathering; it was a heartfelt journey back to the core of our community and faith. Throughout the event, we explored what it means to seek refuge in a space that nurtures our spirits, reminding us that no matter how far we wander in our academic or personal lives, there is always a path leading us back to a supportive "home" here at YFC - USTP Jasaan.

The energy in the room was truly electric as we shared stories, songs, and reflections. Seeing everyone engage so deeply—from the intentional decorations of balloons and streamers to the powerful moments of worship—highlighted the strength of our bond.

As we move forward into the busy weeks ahead, let’s carry the warmth of this encounter with us. Let the lessons of Homeward Bound serve as a compass when things get challenging, reminding us to stay connected to our roots and to one another. Thank you to everyone who made this meeting a success and for bringing your authentic selves to the table. We are already looking forward to our next journey together—because with this community, we are always right where we need to be.

On this Feast of Divine Mercy, we are reminded of the boundless love and forgiveness that flows from Christ’s heart. Like the radiant rays of mercy pouring out, we are invited to trust more deeply, to surrender our worries, and to believe that no sin is greater than His compassion. As written in Book of Psalms 86:5, “You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you.”

In a world that often feels heavy and uncertain, Divine Mercy offers hope—a gentle assurance that we are never alone in our struggles. It calls us not only to receive mercy but to extend it to others: to forgive, to understand, and to love without limits. Every act of kindness becomes a reflection of God’s grace alive within us.

Today, let us open our hearts and place our trust in Him. May we find healing in His mercy, strength in His love, and courage to live with faith each day. Jesus, I trust in You.
