O most pure Virgin Mary conceived without sin, from the very first instant, you were entirely immaculate. O glorious Mary full of grace, you are the mother of my God – the Queen of Angels and of men. I humbly venerate you as the chosen mother of my Savior, Jesus Christ.

The Prince of Peace and the Lord of Lords chose you for the singular grace and honor of being His beloved mother. By the power of His Cross, He preserved you from all sin. Therefore, by His power and love, I have hope and bold confidence in your prayers for my holiness and salvation.

I pray that your prayers will bring me to imitate your holiness and submission to Jesus and the Divine Will.

Queen of Heaven, I beg you to beg my Savior to grant me these requests…

My holy Mother, I know that you were obedient to the will of God. In making this petition, I know that God’s will is more perfect than mine. So, grant that I may receive God’s grace with humility as you did.

As my final request, I ask that you pray for me to increase in faith in our risen Lord; I ask that you pray for me to increase in hope in our risen Lord; I ask that you pray for me to increase in love for the risen Jesus!

Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.

November 24 is Red Wednesday.

While the National Section of our foundation in the Philippines understands that the country and its citizens are in a crucial time of political decisions and affiliations, we would like to underline that the upcoming Catholic celebration, Red Wednesday, is an interreligious cause dedicated for the stand for religious freedom against our persecuted brothers and sisters. At this very moment, somewhere around the world, people are dying, or are forced outside their homes – solely for proclaiming the faith.

As in the past years, the color red means passion, love, martyrdom, and sacrifice. To the participants of the initiative, we humbly plead for a sensible observance of the day of remembrance. We hope and pray that this day of dedication will not be misrepresented and used for any other cause or motive. Because above all, the color red is the color of blood. Blood shed so that we may enjoy 500 years of blessings. Blood shed for our 500 years of graces. This blood is love – the love of St. Lorenzo Ruiz, the love of St. Pedro Calungsod, and the love of all our martyrs.

On November 24, may we all rise to be Red Without Fear. For being Red Without Fear means professing Christ without fear. It is loving without fear.

Pansin mo ba? Andaming nalulungkot sa Facebook ngayon na tila naghahanap ng panandaliang saya. This only proves that many people are struggling right in the time of pandemic, that they even came to a point of quenching their thirst even with short-time pleasures.

Pero minsan, 'yun na lang talaga ang paraan ng iba para kahit papaano ay maibsan ang kalungkutan nila kahit panandalian lang. 'Yun bang para lang maka-survive? At tingin ko, wala namang masama roon, basta 'wag lang dumating 'yung punto na ganoon na lamang palagi. 'Wag tayong magsettle sa mga panandalian lamang, doon tayo sa pangmatagalang kasiyahan na nandiyan na, at kailangan na lang nating tanggapin. We need to go beyond. And we need to understand that sadness and pain are sometimes self-inflicted. We need to find happiness within ourselves, only that we could accept God's offering of unending contentment and happiness.

𝙒𝙃𝙔 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝙔 𝙄𝙎 𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙇𝙀𝘿 '𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙌𝙐𝙀𝙀𝙉 𝙊𝙁 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙎𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙏𝙎?'

Of all the titles given to the Blessed Mother as tokens of devotion, the title “Queen of All Saints” ranks among the most popular. Roman Catholic parishes and parochial schools throughout the United States proudly display their allegiance to the Mother of God through this title.

In 1954, Pope Pius XII originally designated May 31as the Marian feast day to celebrate the Queenship of Mary. Later, the Second Vatican Council chose August 22 as the date to commemorate Mary specifically under the title “Queen of All Saints” as a festive prolongation of the Feast of Mary’s Assumption. Mary is sometimes likened to the moon among lesser stars (“Velut inter stellas luna minores”), meaning that she is the greatest among lesser saints, exceeding all other saints in holiness.

Mary is called the Queen of All Saints because she made the most diligent use of the rich treasure of grace given to her by God and excelled in every virtue much more than every other saint. All the traits of Jesus were expressed in her as faithfully as they could be expressed in any creature. As she surpasses all saints in choosing a virtuous and meritorious life, so Mary stands higher than all the faithful in receiving glory and reward. After God there is no greater bliss for the blessed in heaven than to behold her, their glorious Queen.
