"𝑺𝒊𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆; 𝒊𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒃𝒊𝒈𝒈𝒆𝒓, 𝒘𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓."

Sin is alive. It does not stay small, hidden, or harmless. What we tolerate today slowly grows, spreads wider, and eventually becomes a monster that hardens the heart and dulls our obedience. What we call “small” can quietly separate us from God.

“𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘎𝘰𝘥.” (𝘐𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘢𝘩 59:2)
Yet even in our failure, God reveals His mercy. Elijah thought he was alone, exhausted, and ready to die, but God reminded him that He was still at work, that there were still 7,000 who had not bowed to Baal.

“𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭.” (1 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 19:18)
God is faithful, and He values the soul more than anything this world can offer.

“𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘵 𝘢 𝘮𝘢𝘯, 𝘪𝘧 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭?” (𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘸 16:26)
When Elijah was discouraged, God did not release him from his calling—He sent him back to his ministry. The answer to discouragement was not escape, but obedience.

“𝘙𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘺…” (1 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 19:15)
This is why we must know the God we follow. 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒚. 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒅𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆. 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒕𝒐𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.

For all that God has is for His people, but we must not leave His side. Revival begins when repentance is no longer delayed, and obedience is no longer negotiated.
