𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐧𝐚 𝐛𝐚 𝐤𝐚𝐲𝐨? 𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐢 𝐤𝐚𝐦𝐢, 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐧𝐚 ✊

We are again entering a new era as the new cluster term will start! With this, we are excited to see you on our 1st ever Villass Cluster Leadership Conference on March 16, 2025 with the theme, "KALINAWAN" (Psalm 119:130) to be hosted by the Villa Cruz United Methodist Church.

As young leaders of the church, we seek to be actively committed in transforming the world through initiatives and ministries aligned with our TINDIG. In doing so, it is with hope that we achieve 𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘯 to provide clarity on our mission as UMYFPs: to know Christ and make Him known.

This event will be done in a full face-to-face setup where all UMYF Executive Committee/Steering Committee/Officers of 5 Local Churches in VillaSS Cluster (Villa Cruz, Villa Magat, Villa Fuerte, Sinamar Sur, and Sinamar Norte) are encouraged to join.

MAGANDANG BALITA!! 🦸‍♂️
Bago ang lahat, "EYY" ka muna 🤙

Ngayong araw Agosto 11, 2024, ay Nagpulong ang mga kabataan ng Villa Magat UMC upang talakayin, pag-usapan, at planuhin ang mga darating na aktibedades ngayong buwan at sa buwan ng setyembre, at iba pang ganap sa loob at labas ng simbahan sa pamumuno ni Nouel Atchuela (Current Local Church UMYFP President of Villa Magat UMC).

Layunin din ng mga kabataan na pagyabungin pa lalo ang relasyon nila kay Kristo, at upang mas lalo silang maging matatag sa mga pagsubok na kanilang tinatahak at tatahakin.

Magandang Buhay!

I Will Silence Your Accuser

The accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth—the one who accuses them before our God day and night. And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony.
- Revelation 12:10-11

Your enemy is always at work, reminding you of your sin and accusing you continually before me. Satan takes perverse pleasure in reminding you again and again of your past failures so that you will indulge in endless and hopeless introspection. He wants you to focus on your merit—or lack thereof—instead of Christ’s.

Such rehearsal of the sin you have repented of does not come from the ministry of my Spirit. The conviction I bring draws you away from yourself and toward me in repentance, flooding you with relief as you know that I accept you. Self-condemnation drwas you down into yourself and away from me. It makes you afraid and distrustful of me, trapping you in relentless self-loathing and unbelief. But I do not condemn you. I accept you because of Christ.

I Am Shaping You into Something Beautiful

Does a clay pot argue with its maker? Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying “Stop, you’re doing it wrong!” Does the pot exclaim, “How clumsy can you be?” - Isaiah 45:9

Just as a potter spins in a lump of clay on the wheel, pressing and forming it, transforming the shapeless clay into a work for his purpose, so I am shaping your life into something I can pour my own glory into. You can resist my shaping through rebellion or resentment, which makes you hard and unbending. Or you can be soft and moldable, open to whatever I want to do in and through your life.

You are still a work in progress, and I continue to refine you so that I can use you for a unique purpose in this world. I want to smooth out certain parts of your character. I want to redesign your inner life, reorganize your priorities, redirect the tendencies of your tongue, and rewire your thinking patterns. I am out to make something beautiful of your life, and the softer you are toward me, the more beautiful your life will become.

PRAYER: O Great Potter, shape me as you see fit. As only you can, mold me into a person you can use in this world. Amen!
