๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ IN LOVING MEMORY OF JOHN RONNIE PONTILLAS ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, the Perpetual Help Alliance Church Family and the PHAC Youth Ministry extend our sincerest condolences and prayers to the family, relatives, friends, and loved ones of our dear youth, John Ronnie Pontillas, who went home to be with the Lord on June 13, 2026.

As a church and youth family, we grieve the passing of someone who was deeply loved and valued among us. We have lost a youth who was kind-hearted, respectful, cheerful, and faithful in serving others. His presence brought encouragement, friendship, and joy to many, and his absence will be deeply felt in our fellowship.

While our hearts are saddened by this loss, we take comfort in God's promises and trust that John Ronnie is now at peace in the loving presence of our Lord and Savior.

We pray that God will surround his family and loved ones with His comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult time. May they find hope in the assurance that one day, in Christ, we shall meet again.

You will always be remembered, John Ronnie. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, and your impact will remain in our hearts forever.

GO BEYOND: Faith That Moves โœจ

๐Ÿ“ธ Day 2 Highlights

Day 2 reminded us of a powerful truth from the life of Abraham: faith is not just believing God's promisesโ€”it's obeying Him even when we don't know the whole plan.

Abraham left the familiar, trusted God's timing, and followed where God led him. His journey wasn't always easy, but his faith grew because he chose to trust God step by step.

As we listened, reflected, prayed, and shared together, we were challenged to ask ourselves:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Am I willing to obey God even when it's uncomfortable?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Am I willing to trust Him when the future seems uncertain?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Am I ready to go beyond my fears and follow His calling?

The lessons of Day 2 go far beyond this retreat. May we carry them into our homes, schools, workplaces, ministries, and everyday lives. May we become young people who, like Abraham, choose faith over fear, obedience over comfort, and God's will over our own plans.

The retreat may only last for a few days, but a faith that moves should last a lifetime. โค๏ธ

The journey has begun! From getting to know one another, worshiping together, engaging in meaningful sessions, and creating unforgettable memories, Day 1 was truly filled with God's presence and blessings.

Like Abraham, we were challenged to trust God and take steps of faith beyond our comfort zones. And this is only the beginning!

Thank You, Lord, for a meaningful first day of learning, fellowship, and spiritual growth. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Youth Retreat 2026 is more than just an event โ€” it is a call to step out in faith, trust God beyond our comfort zones, and move where He leads us. Just like Abraham obeyed and went, even without knowing the destination, we are challenged to go beyond fear, limits, and doubts. ๐Ÿ™Œ

This retreat is EXCLUSIVELY for the Youth Leaders of Perpetual Help Alliance Church โ€” a time to be strengthened, refreshed, and equipped for greater purpose and leadership in Christ. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
