Justice Reform Grounded in Lived Experience

On May 22, 2026, the 1st National Conference of Persons Restored of Liberty (PRLs) will highlight the voices of formerly incarcerated individuals as a critical foundation for justice reform in the Philippines.

The conference will bring together PRLs, policymakers, justice sector practitioners, civil society organizations, and members of the academe to engage in meaningful dialogue grounded in lived experience.

It aims to surface real-life insights, identify systemic gaps, and contribute to policy development that supports humane, effective reintegration and a more responsive justice system.
