𝗭𝗖𝗥𝗖 𝟮𝟭𝗦𝗧 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗'𝗦 𝗗𝗔𝗬 • 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Our Triune and sovereign God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — our Creator and covenant Lord, the King of the Church, graciously calls us to His public worship on the Lord's Day. Through His ordinary means of grace, He gathers His covenant people, speaks by His Law and Gospel, patiently forms them in Christ by the Spirit, and preserves His Church as the redeemed and joyful kingdom of His Son.

In our Morning Service, we will hear the sermon "Huli Man at Magaling: Ang Matiyagang Paghubog ni Kristo at ng Espiritu" from 1 Kings 8:10-11, 27 and 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, preached by Rev. Lance Filio (Licensed Exhorter). The sermon declares: believers may still be infants in Christ, yet God gives the growth; Christ is the only foundation, and the Spirit unites His people to Christ as He patiently forms them unto maturity.

After our Lunch Fellowship, Adult, Children, Youth Sunday School and Inquirers' classes will simultaneously be conducted.

We will conclude our Lord's Day with our Vesper Service, where we will hear the catechetical sermon "The Universal, Spiritual, and Joyful Kingdom of Christ" from Psalm 87:1-7, together with Heidelberg Catechism Lord's Day 21. The sermon confesses: the Church belongs to God, the Church is His redeemed people, and the Church is a joyful community gathered and sustained by Christ.

𝗜𝗞𝗔-𝟮𝟬 𝗡𝗔 𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗪 𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗔 𝗭𝗖𝗥𝗖 • 𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗢 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Ang ating iisang Diyos — Ama, Anak, at Espiritu Santo — ang ating Manlilikha at Panginoon ng Tipan, Hari ng Kaniyang Iglesia, ay may kagandahang-loob na tumatawag sa atin sa pampublikong pagsamba sa Araw ng Panginoon. Sa pamamagitan ng Kaniyang biyaya, tinitipon Niya ang Kaniyang tipan na bayan, nangungusap sa kanila ang Kaniyang Kautusan at Ebanghelyo, at iniingatan sila kay Cristo sa pamamagitan ng mga gawa ng Espiritu Santo.

Sa ating Pananambahan sa Umaga, maririnig natin ang sermon na "The Remedy to Elitism Is the Simple Gospel" mula sa 1 Corinto (1 Corinthians) 2:1-16. Mula sa Salita ng Diyos, itinuturo sa atin: ang pananampalataya ng Kaniyang bayan ay nakasalig sa payak na pangangaral ng Ebanghelyo, ang Ebanghelyo ay nauunawaan lamang ng mga pinagkalooban ng Espiritu, at ang Espiritu Santo ang nagbubukas ng pagkaunawang ito ayon sa biyaya ng Diyos.

The Lord who hears His suffering saints also keeps His elect through death, bringing them in Christ to the glory prepared by His sovereign grace.

In our Morning Service, we will hear the sermon "The LORD Hath Heard Thy Affliction" from Genesis 16:1-16, preached by Rev. Kirby Figueras. The sermon declares: the Lord exposes the consequences of worldly wisdom and comforts His afflicted people through His divine promise and covenant faithfulness.

After our Lunch Fellowship, Inquirers' class will be conducted.

The sermon “Ang Probidensya ng Dios” expounds Heidelberg Catechism Lord’s Day 10 through Psalm 104:14–24 and Romans 8:28, teaching that God continually upholds and governs all creation by His almighty and ever-present power. It presents providence not as chance, fate, or bare permission, but as the Fatherly hand of God, by which both blessing and hardship are ruled according to His holy will. Therefore, God’s covenant people are called to patience in adversity, thankfulness in prosperity, and firm confidence that the Lord works all things for the good of those who belong to Him in Christ.

The sermon “Church Kingdom: The Parable of the Sower” expounds Isaiah 6:9–10 and Matthew 13:18–23 by teaching that Christ’s parables reveal the mysteries of God’s Kingdom to His disciples while also exposing the spiritual blindness of unbelief.

The different soils show the varied responses of human hearts to the Word, but the good soil points to regenerated hearts, because true faith is wrought by the Holy Spirit and salvation rests on God’s gracious election, not man’s natural ability.

In focus, the church is formed by the Word through the Spirit, and those who truly receive Christ by faith bear the fruit of holiness as the gracious evidence of God’s saving work.
