“What is your opinion?
A man had two sons.
He came to the first and said,
‘Son, go out and work in the vineyard today.’
The son said in reply, ‘I will not,’
but afterwards he changed his mind and went.
The man came to the other son and gave the same order.
He said in reply, ‘Yes, sir,’ but did not go.
Which of the two did his father’s will?”
They answered, “The first.”
Jesus said to them, “Amen, I say to you,
tax collectors and prostitutes
are entering the Kingdom of God before you.
When John came to you in the way of righteousness,
you did not believe him;
but tax collectors and prostitutes did.
Yet even when you saw that,
you did not later change your minds and believe him.”

DECREE OF VALIDITY AND APOSTOLIC SUCCESSION

Reverend Monsignor Anselmo Pascual Pamintuan, PC. BCR "Msgr. Moi" founded the Benedictine Celestine of the Renewal. He was a close friend and advocate of the college of bishops of the Roman Catholic Society of Pope Leo XIII and he also worked very closely with all the priests and bishops of said society.
As he was a trained and registered Canon Lawyer, he made a testimony to the Validity and Licitness of the unbroken Apostolic Succession of the bishops of the Roman Catholic Society of Pope Leo XIII (Societas Papae Leonis) namely Archbishop James Atkinson-Wake and Archbishop Neville Andersons as true Vatican I (traditional) Roman Catholic Archbishops who ordained and consecrated the priests of the said religious society and has the right to validly ordain and consecrate men to the sacrament of holy orders.
This statement was made to set the record straight of those who do not understand theology, ecclesiology and canon law.
