You may feel na God is not concerned of your misery or your affliction, and God is not concerned of your prayers, but praise God anyhow. Na ang Diyos ay karapat-dapat na purihin sa panahon ng pagpapala, panahon ng tagumpay, pero Siya pa rin ay karapat-dapat na purihin sa panahon ng kabiguan o sa panahon ng kasalatan. God is worthy to be praised in time of harvest, but even in times of waiting, not only in the winter season but even in the dry season. God is worthy to be praised in all seasons."
