Biblical watchmen are not those who hide in the secret place and seek a word from the Lord.

True biblical watchmen are those who go to places and boldly preach the word of God, and confront people of their sins. Warning them of God's judgment, that if they don't repent of their sins, they will perish.

We (believers, pastors, preachers) are studying the word of God not only to edify ourselves but also to edify the church (Eph.4:11-14). We are not studying in order to be famous and to deliever quotable quotes (be it in the pulpit or SocMed). All that we have learned in the Word is from God, and not our own. We should not take credit for it, instead give back the glory to God.

If someone says he received a revelation (from God) but cannot be found or supported by scripture, then reject it. That so-called revelation is not from God.
