Family and Love Discussion: Nurturing Relationships and Understanding Biblical Love.

In celebration of Love Month, we reflect on the sacred calling to love honoring our families and partners, while deepening our devotion to God through Christlike compassion.

Doane Baptist House Church gathered for a warm discussion on family and love matters, thoughtfully reviewing real life situations and discerning wise decisions guided by Biblical truth. It was a time of sincere reflection and lighthearted moment.

A blessed and meaningful day as we live out our calling! 🌻

Yesterday’s message reminded us that if Christ lives in our hearts, we are called to be His watchmen and missionaries. The harvest is plentiful, and there is an urgency to reach those who are lost.

God invites us to pray, to go, and to faithfully do what He has entrusted to us. As followers of Christ, we are not meant to stay silent, but to share His love wherever He places us.

May we continue to answer God’s call with willing hearts, trusting Him to work through us as we reach the lost and bring Him glory.

(Matthew 9:37–38)

We also joyfully welcomed back our missionaries from Thailand, Gallentes family, and were blessed by the preaching of the Word of God through Pastor Jaime Gallentes.

A service filled with purpose, calling, and God’s presence. 🤍

Film Concept Development & Scriptwriting Workshop 🎬

The Young People attended a Film Concept Development and Scriptwriting Workshop on February 1, 2026, at Doane Baptist House Church, featuring Direk Leonard Billones, an Ilonggo filmmaker and young professional from DBC Dumangas.

The Young People enriched their understanding of the filmmaking process and immersed themselves in scriptwriting.

May their new learnings be used for the Glory of God.✨

Film Concept Development & Scriptwriting Workshop 🎬

The DBHC Young People will be holding a Film Concept Development and Scriptwriting Workshop tomorrow, February 1, 2026, at Doane Baptist House Church, featuring Direk Leonard Billones, an Ilonggo filmmaker and young professional from DBC Dumangas.

Participants will learn how to conceptualize film productions, use filmmaking as a powerful tool for ministry, and take part in hands-on workshops to practice their writing and concept development skills.

We invite our young people from DBHC and invited churches who would join and be part of this creative and purposeful gathering.🤍🎥

As we close the year, we gather as one in worship.

Today, December 31, from 5:00–7:00 PM, Doane Baptist House Church holds its Year-End Worship Service, with a timely message from Pastor Arvin and heartfelt testimonies from our members.

Together, we give thanks for God’s faithfulness in the year 2025 and commit the coming year into His hands.

The young people of Doane Baptist House Church gathered for their Youth Campference themed SHEMA at JMAS Cove, San Joaquin, Iloilo, last December 28–30. 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮 (שְׁמַע) is a Hebrew word found in 𝗗𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 6:4, meaning to hear, to listen attentively, and to obey. It's a call for God’s people not only to hear His Word but to live it out.

Beyond fellowship, the camp was enriched with sessions centered on the Word of God, led by 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗔𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗱𝗼, 𝗣𝘁𝗿. 𝗘𝗟 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻, and 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗘𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼, guiding the youth toward deeper understanding and spiritual renewal.

The camp also included lectures on 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, and 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, equipping the youth to share God’s Word wherever He leads them.

As the camp came to a close, the message remained clear: faith begins with listening and is lived out through obedience.
