Our name Gugma-mela came from a flower called Gumamela, also called Hibiscus or China Rose. Gumamela is not only beautiful but it also has many medicinal properties. “Gugma” means love and “mela” means gather together or congregate. Gugma-mela means “gather together in God’s love”.
