Everyone Has A Part

“Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” — 1 Corinthians 12:27

God never designed us to walk alone. In 1 Corinthians 12:12–27, Paul reminds us that the Church is like one body with many different parts. Each part is unique, each part has a purpose, and every part matters.

You may feel that what you can offer is small or insignificant, but in God’s hands, your gifts, presence, service, and testimony have a place in His work. The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you,” and one part of the body cannot function well without the others.

You have a part to play. You have something to give. You have a place in the body of Christ.

Let us celebrate our differences, encourage one another, serve together, and remember that when every part works together in love, the whole body becomes stronger and Christ is glorified.

🙏 YOU ARE INVITED!

The Need For Spiritual Guidance

We all need spiritual guidance. As followers of Christ, we are called not only to grow in our faith but also to help one another become mature in Christ. God uses His Word, His Spirit, and His people to guide us, strengthen us, and keep us faithful.

Let us come together this Friday for a time of reflection, encouragement, and fellowship as we seek God’s guidance for our lives.

What does it actually mean to make disciples?

Biblical education matters deeply, but discipleship is more than transferring information. It follows the relational and intentional pattern Jesus gave us.

Bobby Harrington writes:

“Like Jesus, we enter into relationships to intentionally help people follow Jesus, be changed by Jesus, and join the mission of Jesus.”

Following Jesus means surrendering to his leadership. Being changed by Jesus means allowing his teachings to shape our character, priorities, relationships, habits, and decisions. Joining his mission means helping others know him, obey him, and make disciples too.

Disciple making depends on God. We pray, trust the Holy Spirit, and recognize that only God transforms lives. Yet dependence does not mean passivity. We build genuine relationships, understand where people are in their journey with Jesus, and prayerfully help them take faithful next steps.

The goal is not to control another person’s spiritual growth, but to participate faithfully in what God is doing. Classes, sermons, small groups, and ministry programs are most fruitful when they help people trust and obey Jesus in everyday life.

Disciple making is relational, intentional, and centered on Jesus as both the model and Lord of the mission.
