Heavenly Father,

Today, we come before You with grateful hearts as we honor and celebrate the mothers You have placed in our lives. Thank You for their love that comforts, their sacrifices that often go unseen, and their unwavering care that reflects Your own tender heart.

Lord, bless every mother today. Strengthen them when they are weary, encourage them when they feel overwhelmed, and fill their hearts with peace and joy. Remind them that every prayer whispered for their children, every sleepless night, every sacrifice made out of love, is seen and treasured by You.

For mothers who are struggling, be their strength. For those carrying burdens in silence, be their comfort. For single mothers, widowed mothers, and mothers far from their children, surround them with Your grace and unfailing love.

We also pray for mothers who are grieving, longing, or hurting today. May Your presence bring healing to their hearts and remind them that they are never alone.

Lord, continue to guide mothers as they nurture their families and faithfully point their children toward You. May their homes be filled with love, wisdom, kindness, and faith. Let them find renewed strength in Your promises each day.

Thank You for the gift of mothers — for their patience, their courage, and the countless ways they reflect Your goodness in our lives. May they feel deeply appreciated, honored, and loved not only today but every day.

All glory and honor belong to You, Lord.

There’s something so special about seeing pure, genuine joy—and today, it was written all over the faces of every child.

The 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧'𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 shoeboxes may look simple on the outside, but the happiness they bring is truly beyond words. As each child opened their box, you could see the excitement in their eyes, the big smiles, and even those quiet moments of wonder as they discovered what was inside. It wasn’t just about the toys or school supplies—it was the feeling of being remembered, valued, and loved.

What made it even more beautiful was how that joy overflowed. Parents smiling just as wide, sharing in the excitement, and cherishing the moment together with their children. It became more than just a gift-giving—it became a shared experience of happiness and connection.

Moments like this remind us that even the simplest act of giving can leave a lasting impact. These shoeboxes didn’t just bring temporary smiles—they brought hope, encouragement, and a message each child can carry in their heart: that they are deeply loved, and that Jesus is the greatest gift of all.

𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐉𝐎𝐘, 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐓𝐇, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆

What a full and joyful day this has been!
For several days we had the privilege of conducting 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 Bible Classes in one of our outreach areas, and today, was the day the children have been waiting for—the distribution of the Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes.

Our EPC OCC Team started early, preparing everything for this special day, but nothing could compare to the feeling when we arrived and saw the children already there—ready, excited, and eager to learn. That alone was such a heartwarming sight.

Throughout the day, it was amazing to watch them participate—singing with joy, listening intently, and engaging in every lesson. You could really see how much they were enjoying and absorbing everything. And more than anything, we’re grateful that they heard and understood the most important message of all—that Jesus is the greatest gift they could ever receive.

After completing all 12 lessons, the children had their little “graduation,” receiving their certificates with big smiles on their faces. And the highlight came when they each received their Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. The excitement, the laughter, the wide smiles as they opened their gifts—it was simply priceless. Even the parents couldn’t hide their joy as they watched and shared in those special moments with their children.

Days like this remind us why we do what we do. It’s not just about the gifts, but about the love, hope, and truth that each child carries home with them.

So thankful to God for making this day possible, and huge thanks to our 𝐄𝐏𝐂 𝐎𝐂𝐂 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 for giving their time, hearts, and effort so selflessly. And also, thank you 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧'𝐬 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 for being such a blessing to these children and their families.
