SOLEMN INVESTITURE OF ALB | CLASS CHRYSOLOGOI | PART 2

On this Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the St. Joseph Regional Seminary community rejoices with the Third Year Theology Class Chrysologoi as they receive the sacred alb in their Solemn Investiture.

The alb, a reminder of the call to โ€œput on Christโ€ (cf. Galatians 3:27), marks another meaningful step in their journey of priestly formation. May this moment deepen their desire to conform their lives more closely to Christ and to serve His Church with humility.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Very Rev. Fr. Rey G. Zerrudo, SSL, Rector of St. Joseph Regional Seminary, and concelebrated by the seminary fathers and other priests who joined the community in thanksgiving for this milestone in the seminariansโ€™ formation.

May the Blessed Virgin Mary, assumed into heaven, continue to accompany these brothers throughout their formation and lead them ever closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

Congratulations, dear brothers of Class Chrysologoi! May the alb you receive be a constant reminder to clothe yourselves with Christ each day and to offer your lives generously in service of God and His people.
