Good Day, brothers and sisters!
On ๐๐๐ฒ ๐, ๐๐๐๐, at ๐:๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , the ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐๐จ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ will be hosting its very first ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐
๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฐ. Registration will start at ๐:๐๐ ๐๐. There will also be a Blessing of Dogs before the parade begins.
We warmly invite all dog owners and fur parents to join this fun and unique community event. Bring your beloved pets and showcase their charm and creativity through their outfits.
This is also an activity for a cause to help augment expenses as we prepare to host the upcoming ๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐โ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐.

MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES
A. General Mechanics
1. The event is open to all dog owners who wish to participate in the Parade of Dogs and Pawshion Show.
2. Each participant must complete the registration process (pre-register online, payment is on the date of the said event for receipt) and pay the registration fee of โฑ100.00 per dog, inclusive of:
โ Certificate of Participation
โ Official Parade/Race Bib Number
3. Participants must register within the given registration period set by the
organizers.
4. Owners are fully responsible for their dogsโ behavior, safety, and well-being throughout the event.
B. Parade Proper
1. The Parade of Dogs will take place on:
โ Date & Time: May 09, 2026 Saturday | 7:00 AM (after 6:00 AM daily
mass)
โ Venue: St. Thomas of Villanova (Where the encuentro during Holy Week took place)
2. All registered participants must assemble at the designated area before the
parade begins.
3. The parade will follow the official route:
โ From the church (front)
โ In front of Zaldyโs (back of the church)
โ In front of Rose Fountain
โ Back of Cultural Hall
โ Return to the Church grounds
4. Dogs and their owners must strictly follow the assigned route and instructions from marshals and organizers.
5. Dogs must be:
โ On a leash at all times
โ Wearing diapers throughout the parade and program
6. Owners must ensure their dogs are well-behaved and do not pose any risk to
other participants or attendees.
C. Pawshion Show (Fashion Segment)
1. Dogs must wear costumes inspired by the theme โPawshion in Bloomโ, highlighting creativity, nature, and elegance.
2. Costumes should be:
โ Safe and comfortable for the dog
โ Not restrictive or harmful
3. Each dog-owner pair will have a short moment on stage/runway to showcase
their outfit.
4. Owners may assist or accompany their dogs during the presentation.
D. Pawshion Show (Fashion Segment)
For Major Awards (Top 3):
โ Creativity and Originality โ 30%
โ Relevance to Theme โ 25%
โ Overall Appearance (Dog + Costume) โ 25%
โ Stage Presence and Impact โ 20%
For Minor Awards:
โ Best in Costume โ Most creative and visually striking outfit
โ Darling of the Crowd โ Audience appeal and charisma
E. Rules and Reminders
1. Dogs must be healthy, properly groomed, and fit to participate.
2. Owners must bring necessary pet essentials (water, extra diapers, waste bags,
etc.).
3. Cleanliness must be observed at all times โ pet waste must be disposed of
properly.
4. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.
5. Participants are expected to show respect, sportsmanship, and cooperation
throughout the program.
6. The decision of the judges is final and non-appealable.
