Hello, ISAT U Faithbookers!🖐✨

Praise God for the wonderful fellowship we experienced! Truly, where two or three are gathered in His name, He is there (Matt. 18:20). ✨

This week we are amazed at how an encounter with Jesus can change lives. With John 1:35-42, we meditated on how John’s disciples, upon hearing “Look, the Lamb of God,” chose to follow Jesus. Just one encounter, one invitation of “Come and see,” transformed their direction forever.

In the same way, our lives are never the same when we truly encounter Him. He calls us by name, He knows us deeply, and He invites us into a life of discipleship and purpose.

May we, like Andrew and the other disciple, not only follow Jesus but also bring others to Him—just as Andrew brought his brother Simon to meet the Lord.

Let’s continue to live out this calling on campus, being witnesses of how Jesus changes lives. 💛🌿

Good day, ISAT U Faithbookers!

It’s such a joy to welcome the new school year with smiles that radiate hope and love.

Even before classes officially began, God gave us the privilege to meet many fresh faces—our new freshies—on campus.

Last week, we joined the ISAT University Membership Club Fest, and it was such a blessing to connect with students who are searching for truth and hungry for Jesus.

Here are some glimpses of the fun, joy, and meaningful time we shared.

🙏Please pray that God will move mightily in the hearts of the students we’re reaching out to, and that they will come to know and experience a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Good day, ISAT U Faithbookers!

It's been a while—how are you all doing? This past month has been as challenging as ever, but even through our trials, Jesus remains good and amazing. Difficulties and tribulations should never stop us from praising and worshiping God or continuing in close fellowship with Him.

Last week, we delved into Romans 5:1-5 and discussed the benefits of being justified by faith in Jesus Christ. We were once at enmity with God because we all fall short of His glory and deserve punishment. However, out of His great love, God gave His one and only Son, Jesus Christ, as a sacrifice for our sins. Through Jesus’ atonement, we are now justified by faith. And because of this justification, we have peace with God, access to His glorious grace, and can rejoice in the hope of God's glory—the promise of eternal life and transformation to be like Christ.

This message fills us with hope, encouraging us to live each day fully devoted to Him, rejoicing in every moment regardless of past or present circumstances. I hope this truth brings a smile to your face and fills your heart with deep joy as you live your life.

See you again, Faithbookers, at our fellowship every Monday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM in COE N-Building, Room N-102.

How are you, Faithbookers? It's been a while! October is just around the corner, and time is flying by so fast. Are you keeping up? We hope you're all pressing on.

Last week, we reflected on the scripture from Jeremiah 17:7-8. It speaks of the blessing that comes to those whose trust and confidence are in the Lord. Jeremiah was warning the people of Judah to repent of their sins and turn away from worshiping their worthless idols. Instead, they were called to trust in the Lord, for God Himself compares those who trust in Him to a tree planted by a stream of water. Such a tree is able to withstand even the harshest conditions and continue to thrive.

But those who trust in men, in themselves, or in anything else are like a bush in the wasteland—lacking nourishment and growth.

This message is also for us. We can sometimes find ourselves worshiping or trusting in idols (whether it's money, strength, ability, knowledge, possessions, other people, or even ourselves). This leads to desolation or destruction. Our flesh may fail, and everything may pass away, leaving us hopeless. But those who rely on God will continue to grow in hope and not become weary.

If you find yourself trusting in worthless and limited idols, now is the right time to turn toward Jesus and put your trust in Him. He is our trustworthy God, worthy of all our trust. Let's continue to practice trusting in the Lord in all the days to come.

See you again at ISAT U, N-Building at 5:30 p.m.

Hello, ISAT U Faithbookers!

A stormy season is upon us again, causing us to stay home. Yet, praise God for His wonderful grace in keeping us safe and allowing us to have our campus fellowship online. We thank God for His provision for a good signal.

In a world full of uncertainties, we sometimes get anxious and feel like giving up, or we try to figure out our own ways to prepare for the worst. With the message entitled "Where Can Anxiety Take You?" we meditated on Philippians 4:6. God reminded us to pray and even rejoice in the midst of anxious situations or uncertainties. Often, we try to control things to avoid hurt, failure, or suffering. But when we do it our way instead of God's way, we ultimately harm ourselves. Instead of trusting in ourselves, we are called to pray and present our requests to God. Then, the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Praying to see you all again next week, ISAT U Faithbookers! Hopefully, we can already meet for fellowship on campus at 5:30 PM in the N Building. See you then!

🙌We praise the Lord for the amazing opportunity to have our campus fellowship at ISAT U last Tuesday and in the previous weeks. The gatherings are filled with grace and His presence, whether we are few or many, regardless of our ages or even our sinfulness.

God reminded us of His kindness and mercy through the passage from Luke 18:1-8. This parable, which Jesus told His disciples, encourages us to be more prayerful and to persevere. In the parable, Jesus describes a widow who persistently seeks justice from an unjust judge. The judge, who neither fears God nor respects people, initially refuses her request. However, due to her relentless persistence, he eventually grants her justice to avoid further annoyance.

Jesus concluded the parable by saying that if an unjust judge can be moved, how much more will God, who is loving and just, respond to those who cry out to Him day and night? God assures us that He hears us when we ask Him without ceasing, just like the widow. Surely, in His due time, we will receive what we ask of Him according to His will. We need to be faithful in prayer, regardless of how long it takes for answers to come.

Jesus added a final question: "However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?" In this race of life, with its many obstacles and delays, will Jesus find His chosen ones still faithful when He returns? Jesus is urging us to strengthen our faith by persistently asking Him, as He will surely sustain and care for us, even when it may not seem so.

See you again, ISAT U Faithbookers, every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the COE, N-Building, ground floor room.
