With grateful hearts and joyful spirits, the Parish of St. John the Baptist celebrated its Parish Day last Sunday, August 30, 2026, with the meaningful theme: “Parokya ni San Juan Bautista Pagkaligad it Ciento Cuarenta: Ano na?” ⛪️ As we celebrated our Parish Day and the closing of Ika Ciento Kwarenta ni San Juan Bautista, we also remembered the significant milestones of our beloved parish: 1593 – Bring the Christianity to Baong; 1611 – Independent Parish; 1850 – Baong to Di**le; and 1886 – Finish the Church Construction. These milestones remind us of the rich history, faith, and journey of our parish through the years.💗✨️

As we celebrate our Parish Day, may we continue to reflect on the question, “Ano na?” Inspired by our history and strengthened by our faith, may we continue the mission entrusted to us and work together as one community under the guidance of our patron, St. John the Baptist. Viva San Juan Bautista!✨️
