Happy celebration OLOFP-FYM together with Our Pope Leo XIV’s birthday!

AD MAJOREM DEI GLORIAM!
Padayun OLOFP-FYM!

🎉🙏 Happy Birthday, Holy Father Pope Leo XIV! 🙏🎉

On this blessed Sunday, we thank God for the gift of our shepherd, Pope Leo XIV, who guides the Church with wisdom, humility, and love. May the Lord bless him with strength, health, and the light of the Holy Spirit as he continues to lead us closer to Christ.

📖✝️ As we rejoice in his birthday, let us also remember it is the Lord’s Day. Do not let this Sunday pass without offering your heart to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. For wherever the Church gathers at the altar, Heaven touches earth.

🕊️ Prayer:
O God, Shepherd and Guide of all Your faithful, look kindly upon Pope Leo XIV. Strengthen him with Your grace, fill him with Your Spirit, and protect him always under the mantle of Our Lady. May his life be a beacon that leads the Church ever deeper into the mystery of Your love. Amen.

Happy Birthday Bishop Dodong!

Let us send our warmest prayers and greetings as His Grace Most Reverend MIDYPHIL B. BILLONES, D.D., Metropolitan Archbishop of Jaro, celebrates his Birthday today!

We are thankful to the Lord for sending us a shepherd after His own Heart - a son of the Archdiocese of Jaro - who is now journeying with us towards Jesus with Mary, Nuestra Senora dela Candelaria! May the Lord continue to bless him with good health, strength and unending grace as he pastors the flock entrusted to his care!

Happy birthday, Archbishop Dodong!

Courage is not the absence of fear but the strength to persevere.

Simon's strength was solely centered on his expertise in fishing. Directed to a new kind of life of being an apostle of the Lord, he wasn't even at par for a notable expectation - he trembled in the storm, nearly drowned while attempting to walk in the water, denying the Lord and even deserting him in pains. Characterized by an attitude of shallowness and showboating, he wouldn't even qualify for a nomination to be a leader. Yet, Jesus focused more on his dedication and not just on his limitations, and amidst his weakness, he was chosen to take the highest kind of job only God could give - to lead his flock. From a frail Simon, he made him into a firm Peter. There could be a lot of Simons you can meet in your life - the desperate, the frustrated, the abandoned. They just need someone like you to build them up to find true meaning to their fragile and shaky lives, that they too will have that firmness to share their new strength to other's weakness.

Good leaders were once frail, and that was their strength. (al)

❤️ June, Month of the Sacred Heart

On the eve of Corpus Christi and Father’s Day, we pause in quiet reverence before the Sacred Heart of Jesus—a Heart that beats with infinite love, mercy, and sacrifice.

“Ever since I have been given the grace to understand the love of the Heart of Jesus, it has expelled all fear from my heart.” – St. Thérèse of Lisieux

In the Holy Eucharist, we encounter not a symbol, but the Living Christ—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. In every host lies the Heart that loved unto death.

As we prepare for Sunday, may we return to that Heart with renewed devotion, trusting in its power to heal, console, and sanctify. And as we honor our earthly fathers, let us look to the Sacred Heart as the model of true fatherly love: strong, tender, faithful, and self-giving.

🕊️ Sacred Heart of Jesus, make our hearts like Yours.
