Brgy. San Andres, San Rafael Iloilo will be celebrating its Patronal Fiesta on November 30, 2022. One of the activities that will highlight the said celebration is the Color Fun Run for A Cause which was initiated by the San Andres Youth Group with the Theme, “Building our Youth for the Future through engaging them in Worthwhile Activities”.
