MESSAGE FROM FR. MICHEL, FOUNDER OF CCCM FOR CHRISTMAS 2015

Dear friends all over the Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia,

Let me start by telling you once more how very happy I have been to see so many of you during my three months' trip to your three countries and also how grateful I am for the wonderful welcome you gave me everywhere. I can visualize clearly in my mind all your smiling faces and the times of prayer, sharing, singing, playing and, of course, delicious eating we had together. I am the luckiest man on earth.

A new year is about to come.

What will it be? Mostly what we want it to be. Of course we cannot influence directly the great events of the world, but let us not wait until we can do great things. All our little acts of kindness, of sharing, of forgiving, of respecting human life and nature, of creating links of friendship with the people around us even when they are very different from us, all this when done by everybody can greatly change the world. This is then what I wish you for the new year.

And remember, we are not alone to do all this : we have Jesus with us, this Jesus whose birth we are going to celebrate in a few days' time. How I wish that your faith in Him be as alive as possible.
