We invite you to save the date for our SAINTS IN WAITING online webinar which will feature the postulators for the causes for canonisation of Mary Ward (Loreto), Nano Nagle (Presentation) , Mary Aikenhead (Sisters of Charity) and Catherine McAuley (Mercy).

The webinar will feature input from the postulators and will also feature a moderated Q and A session. Places will be limited to 300.

With grateful hearts, the Philippine Delegation gives thanks to God for the gift of participating in the recently concluded First Gathering of the Sisters of Mercy in St. Louis.
Together, we celebrated our shared mission, strengthened our bonds as a global Mercy community, and renewed our commitment to bring compassion and HOPE wherever we are called. We return home grateful for the experience and inspired for the journey ahead.

In the quietness of an ordinary day, God once again reminded us that mercy is often found in simple acts of love and presence. ❤️
The Sisters of Mercy visited one of our ill Mercy Associates to offer care, comfort, and companionship. As we gently cleaned and tended her wounds, her caregiver shared with us that she had been praying for someone to come and help care for the patient that day. Truly, God hears the silent prayers of the weary and sends people as instruments of His compassion.
After attending to her physical needs, the sisters gathered together in prayer entrusting her healing, strength, and comfort to the loving mercy of God.
Though only two sisters are seen in these photos, six sisters were part of this beautiful mission of care and prayer. Together, we continue to live our call to be bearers of mercy, especially to those who are suffering and in need.

The Philippine delegates for the Institute of Mercy Gathering of the Whole gathered together in a conversation circle, sharing the fruits of our heartfelt reflections. Amid the seriousness and emotion-filled sharing, God’s presence gently united and strengthened us as one community.
And after every meaningful conversation, we also embraced the gift of joy capturing moments of laughter, sisterhood, and gratitude for the blessing of being together as Sisters in God’s mission.

In the aftermath of the fire🔥 that consumed 12 houses in San Juan, Gingoog City the Sisters of Mercy offered a little help on basic household needs.🫶 May our small acts of mercy bring comfort and hope to the affected families.
Their resilience and courage inspires us to serve more and keep reaching out to the needy of our time. Keeping them in our prayers 🙏.

Today, on this Good Friday, we stand at the foot of the Cross in silence, prayer, and gratitude.
We remember the boundless love of Christ, who gave Himself fully for our salvation. In His suffering, we see the depth of God’s mercy; in His sacrifice, the promise of new life.
May this sacred day lead us to deeper reflection, sincere repentance, and a renewed commitment to love and serve others.
“By His wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
Let us walk with Him… and wait in hope for the joy of the Resurrection.
