Day 4 - Our Last Day in Batam & Our Journey Home 🇮🇩🇸🇬🇵🇭

Our last day in Batam was filled with gratitude as we looked back and saw God’s faithfulness throughout our journey. We praise God for the opportunity to serve, fellowship, pray, and be part of what He is doing in Batam.

We are especially thankful for Ptr Reuben Red G. Manga, who was temporarily stationed in Batam to help Ptr Cherryl C. Odal plant seeds in THC Batam and reach Filipino families with the Gospel. We believe that every seed planted in faith will, in God’s perfect time, bear fruit.

We also continue to pray for Ptr Harold Odal, who went home to Bohol to focus on his mom’s physical condition. May the Lord strengthen him and his family. Let us also continue to pray for Mrs. Elizabeth Odal, asking God to give her spiritual fortitude, strength, and grace as she continues this journey.

After exiting Batam, we had a short but meaningful fellowship with our dearest brother (Ptr Walter G. Faustino) and sisters-in-Christ (Ptr Bernadette Carrasco and sis Anne Gagarin) in Singapore.

We shared lunch and coffee together, enjoyed precious moments of fellowship, laughter, and sharing, and finally waved goodbye to SG as we headed back to Manila. ❤️🇸🇬

As we close this mission, our hearts are full of thanksgiving and praise to God for His protection, provision, guidance, and for the success of everything He allowed us to accomplish. Truly, the Lord has been faithful from the beginning until the end!

“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.” — 1 Corinthians 3:6

May every seed planted in Batam and every life we encountered continue to grow and bear fruit for His Kingdom.

Day 3 in Batam 🇮🇩 - A Journey Filled with Hope

Our 3rd day in Batam was truly a beautiful and meaningful day in the presence of God.

We began by spending precious time praying, praising, and worshipping the Lord at the Prayer Tower, surrendering everything to Him and drawing closer to His heart.

We then shared a wonderful lunch while celebrating the 50th birthday of Ptr Morris, a joyful moment of thanksgiving for God’s faithfulness in his life. 🎂

Our journey continued as we visited the Cancer Foundation and the Home for the Homeless at Vera Limbardjo House of Mercy. It was a humbling experience that reminded us of the importance of compassion, love, and being the hands and feet of Jesus.

After a little shopping, we ended our day with a meaningful dinner with Ptr Cheilla and Ptr Steven, together with Apt D**g and Apt May. We enjoyed our fellowship, laughter, stories, and heartfelt sharing so much that we almost talked until we dropped! 😂

We returned to our hotel tired in body, but full of hope in our hearts, strengthened and encouraged for what lies ahead. As we prepare to step back into the battlefield, we carry with us renewed faith, fresh fire, and a deeper assurance that God has been with us every step of the way.

“But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 2:14

Praise God for the fulfillment of this journey! 🙌
What He has started, He will surely continue to accomplish. We go home not empty, but filled with hope, faith, and a renewed passion to serve Him.

Kape at PanDasal ☕🙏

Kape man ang nagpapagising sa ating katawan, ang panalangin naman ang nagpapalakas at nagpapanibago ng ating espiritu. Sa ating Kape at PanDasal, sama-sama tayong huminto sandali, makinig sa Salita ng Diyos, manalangin, at magpalakas sa isa’t isa.

“Manalangin kayo nang walang patid.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Hindi mahalaga kung gaano kaliit ang ating pagtitipon; kapag ang mga puso ay nagkakaisa sa panalangin, naroon ang Diyos sa ating kalagitnaan. May kapangyarihan ang panalanging may pananampalataya, at sa bawat tasa ng kape at bawat panalangin, nawa’y mas lalo tayong lumapit kay Lord.
Kape at Pan para sa katawan, dasal para sa kaluluwa!
Patuloy tayong manalangin, manampalataya, at magtiwala sa Diyos.

Day 2: Leadership Training, Fellowship & Couples Night

It was another blessed and fruitful day! We started with a meaningful Leadership Training with Ptr. Hanny and Ptr. Felimon, where we received wisdom, encouragement, and valuable lessons on leading with humility, faithfulness, and a servant’s heart.

After the training, we were blessed to visit Ksquare and have a wonderful fellowship with some of our Filipino team. It was such a joy to connect, share stories, and enjoy the blessing of
Christian fellowship. 🇵🇭❤️

Afterwards, we attended a Couples Night with Ptr. Hanny, where we witnessed and experienced a beautiful rekindling of the fire in marriages.

It was a powerful and refreshing time as couples were reminded to put Christ at the center of their marriage, to love sacrificially, and to continue choosing one another.

Praise God because we were all individually blessed by Ptr. Hanny’s words, wisdom, and ministry. Truly, the Lord knows exactly what our hearts need!

“Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.” — 1 Peter 4:8

What a beautiful Day 2! From leadership, to fellowship, to strengthening marriages, God’s presence was with us every step of the way. To God be all the glory! 🙌

Day 1: Singapore & Batam 🇸🇬🇮🇩
After a long journey, we finally made it to our destination! Praise God for His protection, strength, and faithfulness throughout the trip.

Our hearts are full of gratitude as we experienced our first Filipino Service at GBI Tabgha, followed by the Sunday Service with Apt. D**g as the main speaker. It was truly a blessing to worship, fellowship, and hear God’s Word together.

Although we were not able to personally witness the ordination of Apt. D**g and Apt. May during the morning service, we are grateful that we were able to watch it through YouTube. What a joyful and powerful moment! The Lord is victorious once again in their lives! We celebrate God’s calling, faithfulness, and the new season He has entrusted to them.

We were also truly grateful to spend some time with Ptr. Cheila and Ptr. Steven after the service, together with some of the Filipino team. What a beautiful reminder that wherever we go, God connects His people and makes us one family in Christ.

Day 1 was filled with answered prayers, new friendships, meaningful fellowship, and God’s presence. From Singapore to Batam, we can truly say that God has been faithful every step of the way!

“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” — Psalm 133:1
