CHRISTMAS AND THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION | MHBC

On December 21, Metropolitan Heritage Baptist Church (MHBC) held its Christmas and Thanksgiving Celebration with grateful hearts and joyful fellowship.

Anchored on the theme, “Celebrating Truth in Christ with Discernment and Gratitude” (John 1:10–14; Philippians 1:9–11), the congregation was blessed by the timely and Christ-centered message delivered by Pastor Romeo Subrabas of Dela Paz Southern Baptist Church. The message clearly emphasized the importance of abiding in the truth of Christ and growing in spiritual discernment that leads to a life marked by gratitude and righteousness.

Following the worship service, the church family shared a luncheon fellowship, enjoyed games and activities, and strengthened bonds through meaningful interaction. The celebration was made even more meaningful as the children joyfully received their Christmas gifts from the church.

MHBC is especially thankful for the presence of the parents of our children, as well as the members of our daughter churches—Pugaan Heritage Baptist Church and Dalipuga Heritage Baptist Church—whose participation added to the joy and unity of the celebration.

We thank God for a fruitful and meaningful gathering and for His faithfulness throughout the year. May we continue to live out the truth of Christ with discernment and hearts filled with gratitude.

We thank the Lord Jesus Christ for a wonderful time during our Go and Tell Training! 🙌 Each participant joyfully introduced themselves—sharing their name, age, and home church—as we united in one heart and purpose to learn how to effectively share the Gospel. 💒

Truly, it’s a blessing to see believers from different churches coming together with one mission: to proclaim the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ! 🕊️

To God be all the glory for this fruitful and Spirit-filled training! 🙏

Praise God for a Fruitful Evangelism and Prayer Walk!

We thank the Lord Jesus Christ for giving us the wonderful opportunity to do open air evangelism and prayer walk in Zone 2 and Zone 3 of Barangay Santo Rosario, Iligan City.

We also praise God for the lives of our MHBC Youth who willingly shared God’s love and the message of salvation to the young ones in our community. 🌿

Let us continue to pray for more youth to be involved in this ministry and join us in next month’s evangelism schedule. 🙏
