Gamhanang Ginoo, dako among pasalamat sa Imo kay Ikaw nagpabiling matinud-anon sa among simbahan. Sukad pa sauna hangtod karon, wala gyud Ka mapakyas sa pag panalangin sa Redeemer Lutheran Church. Salamat, O Diyos sa imong dakong gugma alang kanamo.

Among pag-ampo Ginoo nga mapasidunggan namo ang Imong Balaang ngalan. Hinaot padayon Ka magalihok sa matag-usa kanamo. Pun-a kami sa imong Balaang Espirito aron nga mamunga gayud kami. Isip usa ka simbahan, tabangi mi O Diyos nga makab-ot ang among tinguha na mahimong isa ka disciple-making church. Wala kami mahimo kung wala Ikaw. The harvest is many but the workers are few. Busa hikapa kami ug tagai kami’g kasingkasing nga may kabug-aton para sa mga wala pa kaila kanimo.

Hinaot ikaw magabless sa among mga kabataan, youth, tentmakers, ladies, laymen, church workers, ug pastor. Salamat Ginoo sa Imong pagka-buotan sa amo.

Aside from Reformation Sunday, today we also honor and appreciate our PASTOR and CHURCH WORKERS for their faithfulness in their ministries. They have labored hard for God and for His people. 🙏

To Pastor Frix, Sir Ysoi, Kuya Jaydick, and Tatay Eliseo: We see you and we appreciate you so much. Thank you for all you do for our church. You are a blessing to the entire congregation. 🫶 ❤️

During the worship service ❤️

Our theme for today's worship is "SimBayanihan: Together in Mission" where Pastor Godfrey Longakit reshared the history of the reformation event during Martin Luther's time and our need for reformation in this present time. As our response to God's mercy and amazing grace, we are compelled to serve him through serving others.

Just like in the spirit of bayanihan, God's mission is OUR mission. TOGETHER we shall work as one body with many parts, helping one another, being there for one another.

TOGETHER, let us be disciples and be disciple-makers! ❤️❤️❤️

Reformation Highlight:
✅ Confirmation Rites

After having finished a series of Sunday School classes (pre-school, middler, junior, pre-doctrine) and doctrine class, Aleah Leopoldo, Ivana Mercado, and Adrian Japson are now confirmed members of the Redeemer Lutheran Church. The congregation laid hands over them and committed to pray for their spiritual growth.

Up next is a lifetime of discipleship and disciple-making! ❤️

We are also very happy to know that they have expressed their intent to join the Evangelism and Worship ministries of the church.

To Aleah, Ivana, and Adrian: may you continue to grow deeper in love with Jesus!

Reformation Highlight:
✅Commissioning of 22 Outreach Bible School Teachers

Today we commissioned 22 trained teachers to our 6 Outreach Stations, which gathers 30-40 children every friday/saturday. Outreach Bible Schools have been going on for 2 years already.

The outreach stations are as follows:
- Kalasungay, Malaybalay City
- Balo-i, Lanao del Norte
- Tambo, Iligan City
- Bagong Silang, Iligan City
- Suarez, Iligan City
- Santiago, Iligan City

We thank the Lord for these faithful servants who volunteered to teach little children about Jesus. 🙏

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
