Some people only want a “word from God” when it comforts their emotions, but true discernment does not pull you away from responsibility, wisdom, accountability, or reality.

Because not every strong feeling is automatically God speaking.

Sometimes people use “God said” to avoid difficult conversations, avoid healing, avoid accountability, or justify impulsive decisions driven by fear, pain, pride, or emotions.

But when God truly speaks, yes He gives peace and faith —
but He also produces wisdom, order, responsibility, discernment, and alignment with His character.

God does not lead us into confusion and irresponsibility while calling it faith.

Discernment is so important because emotions can be loud, wounds can distort things, and not every open door or strong desire is automatically confirmation.

That’s why we need prayer, wisdom, Scripture, godly counsel, patience, and honesty with ourselves too.

Sometimes the real question is not:
“Did I feel something?”

But:
“Does this truly reflect God’s heart, wisdom, timing, and truth?”

Discernment is big. 🤍

With grateful hearts, we praise God for His 32 years of faithfulness, grace, and sustaining power upon the Church. We also thank the Lord for the powerful and inspiring messages of Ptr. Jun Biuag and Ptr. Raymond Camba. Truly, we are blessed by His Word.

To God be all the glory!

Hannah’s story in the Bible (1 Samuel 1–2) is a beautiful reminder that God hears even the silent cries of our hearts.

She was a woman who longed for something deeply, a child. Yet even in her pain, she didn’t turn away from God. Instead, she knelt down and poured out her soul before Him. While others mocked her, misunderstood her, or thought her prayers were in vain, she kept believing that God would make a way.

And He did. God gave her a son, Samuel, who became one of Israel’s greatest prophets. But here’s what makes Hannah truly remarkable, when her prayer was answered, she didn’t cling to her blessing. She gave back to God what she once begged for. That’s faith. That’s surrender. That’s love.

I hope you can be like Hannah,
someone who prays even when it hurts,
waits even when it’s hard,
and praises even when she’s letting go.

Because the same God who heard Hannah’s prayer still listens to yours today. 💛

📖 “For this child I prayed, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of Him.” — 1 Samuel 1:27

Piliin mo palagi maging mabuti

Kung tatanungin mo ako, I know how hard it is to forgive someone that has wronged you. I know how hard it is to forgive someone who was not sorry and will never be sorry for what they did but God wants us to. It will not changed what happened, especially if it was a very painful situation. But it will change your heart and that is what matters.

We only have two choices when we are wronged. Maari piliin mo magalit o magkaroon ng sama ng loob na maari maging dahilan para maapektuhan ka or you can be Christ - like and forgive them, even if they are not sorry. Lapit ka lang sa Kaniya. Pray and tell Him about your situation ( even though he already knows ) and let Him speak to your heart and lead you. Mahirap pero alam ko kaya mo.

I pray that you find peace and comfort in these words. Let Go and let God.

The person warning you about your sin may sound harsh in the moment, but sometimes love speaks through conviction, not comfort.

Because the one who truly cares about your soul will not celebrate the very thing destroying your peace, your purity, or your relationship with God.

Like Esther, courage doesn’t show up when everything is safe, it shows up when obedience becomes costly.

There comes a moment when staying silent feels easier than speaking. When blending in feels safer than standing out. When protecting your own comfort feels more reasonable than risking everything for what is right. And in those moments, fear always offers a convincing argument.

But faith speaks a different language.

Esther didn’t step forward because the situation was comfortable—she stepped forward because she understood there was a purpose bigger than her position, and a calling higher than her comfort. “If I perish, I perish” was not recklessness; it was surrender wrapped in courage.

There are seasons when God will place you in uncomfortable positions not to punish you, but to position you. Where your voice, your obedience, or your stand might be exactly what God intends to use.

Don’t wait for fear to disappear. Don’t wait for everything to feel safe. Courage is not the absence of cost, it is the decision to obey despite it.

Show up anyway. Speak anyway. Stand anyway.

Because sometimes the place that feels most costly is exactly where destiny begins. 🤍🙏🏻
