SAEAMAT GUID NGA ABO, BROTHERS!

As your one-month pastoral exposure in the Parish of St. Peter the Apostle, Ibajay, Aklan comes to an end, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to our beloved seminarians, Sem. Jan Alfred I. Ibarreta, Sem. Daniel I. Clacio, Sem. Justin Ivan I. Igharas, Sem. Noah Raphael G. Ismael, Sem. Rance Andrei G. Aguirre, and Sem. Raphael Jairus N. Navarrete

Your presence in our parish has been a blessing to our community. Throughout your stay, you have shown dedication, humility, and a genuine spirit of service. We are grateful for your hard work, active participation in parish activities, and your willingness to cooperate in every task entrusted to you.

Thank you for journeying with us, for sharing your gifts, and for allowing us to witness your formation as future shepherds of the Church. Your month with us may have been brief, but the memories, friendships, and lessons you have left behind will remain in our hearts.

Mary is the Queen of Heaven and Earth, a loving Mother who continually leads us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

During the Culmination Activity of Flores de Mayo at the Parish of St. Peter the Apostle, Ibajay, Aklan, on May 29, 2026, the winners of the Marian Quiz Bee had the privilege of participating in the traditional crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

This beautiful act of devotion reminds us of Mary's special place in the life of the Church and in the hearts of the faithful. More than placing a crown upon her image, it is a recognition of her faith, humility, and complete obedience to God's will.
May our Blessed Mother continue to guide us, protect us, and inspire us to live lives rooted in faith, hope, and love.

More than 800 sagalas, together with their families, parishioners, catechists, and devotees, gathered at the Parish of St. Peter the Apostle, Ibajay, Aklan for the joyful culmination of Flores de Mayo 2026.

The celebration featured a Marian Procession, the Holy Eucharist, and the traditional Coronation in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary, expressing the community's deep faith and devotion to our Mother Mary.

May the Blessed Virgin continue to guide us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

The Parish of St. Peter the Apostle, Ibajay, Aklan joyfully concluded its Flores de Mayo 2026 celebration with a day marked by prayer, faith, and filial devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The culmination featured a solemn Marian Procession, the Holy Eucharist, and the traditional Coronation, where children and parishioners offered flowers and prayers in honor of our Blessed Mother. Through these sacred moments, the faithful expressed their love and gratitude to Mary, who continually leads us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Mark Lister R. Malsin, Director of the Parish Catechetical Ministry and Team Ministry Member, together with Rev. Fr. Arvic M. Jimenez and Rev. Fr. Jahnn Jerald M. Gomez, Team Ministry Members.

This meaningful celebration was organized by the assigned seminarians headed by Sem. Jan Alfred I. Ibarreta, together with Sem. Daniel I. Clacio, Sem. Justin Ivan I. Igharas, Sem. Noah Raphael G. Ismael, Sem. Rance Andrei G. Aguirre, and Sem. Raphael Jairus N. Navarrete, in collaboration with the parish catechists, volunteers, parents, and benefactors.

As we conclude this month's Marian devotion, may the Blessed Virgin Mary continue to inspire us to live lives of faith, humility, and service to God.

IN PHOTOS | MARIAN QUIZ BEE

On May 29, 2026, a Marian Quiz Bee was successfully held at the Parish of St. Peter the Apostle, Ibajay, Aklan, with contestants coming from the different barangay chapels under the parish. The activity aimed to deepen the participantsโ€™ knowledge and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary while strengthening their Catholic faith through friendly competition and fellowship.

Rev. Fr. Mark Lister R. Malsin, Director of the Parish Catechetical Ministry and Team Ministry Member, warmly welcomed the participants, catechists, and guests. Rev. Fr. Arvic M. Jimenez, Team Ministry Member, also graced the event with his presence and support.

The activity was spearheaded by the assigned seminarians: Sem. Jan Alfred I. Ibarreta, Sem. Daniel I. Clacio, Sem. Justin Ivan I. Igharas, Sem. Noah Raphael G. Ismael, Sem. Rance Andrei G. Aguirre, and Sem. Raphael Jairus N. Navarrete, together with the parish seminarians and youth volunteer catechists.
