Starting this week with the reminder that true rest is found in Jesus, not in our own strength. 🤍
“The Lord sits enthroned over the flood; the Lord sits enthroned as king forever. May the Lord give strength to his people! May the Lord bless his people with peace!”
Psalm 29:10-11 ESV
HAPPY MONDAY, LORD!

Uy, umaaraw na dito sa'min.
Sana sa inyo rin. ☀️
Kumustahan, palakasan, at syempre... maraming pagkain. Haha.)
Habang nagkukwentuhan kami kagabi, bigla kong na-realize...
Monday na naman pala bukas. (Today)
At totoo naman, 'di ba?
Minsan nakaka-anxious talaga pumasok sa trabaho o sa school.
Deadlines. Meetings. Bills to pay. Expectations.
And I praise God that He reminded me that He promised that we can rest in Him.
Kundi isip at puso.
Burnout happens when we've been giving too much for too long without being refreshed.
"Come to Me."
Hindi Niya sinabi,
"Ayusin mo muna ang buhay mo."
Hindi rin,
"Magpakatatag ka muna."
Ang sabi Niya lang,
"Lumapit ka." - Matthew 11:28-30
So as we begin another week, may I also remind you..
That God is in control.
Over your day, over your week..
Over you schedule, over your bills..
Over your stress, your pagod..
Today, Jesus is not asking you to work harder.
He's simply inviting you to come closer.
The answer to your exhaustion isn't doing more.
It's abiding more.
