Why God expect Excellence?

1. God creates us with excellence.
Efeso 2:10
Nilikha tayo ng Dios; at sa pakikipag-isa natin kay Cristo Jesus, binigyan niya tayo ng bagong buhay, para gumawa tayo ng kabutihan na noon paʼy itinalaga na ng Dios na gawin natin.

2. God deserves our best
Colosas 3:23
Anuman ang gawin nʼyo, gawin nʼyo ito nang buong katapatan na parang ang Panginoon ang pinaglilingkuran nʼyo at hindi ang tao.

3. God expects our work to be an act of worship
Romans 12:1
Kaya nga mga kapatid, nakikiusap ako sa inyo alang-alang sa maraming pagkakataong kinaawaan tayo ng Dios, ibigay ninyo sa kanya ang inyong mga sarili bilang mga handog na buhay, banal at kalugod-lugod sa kanya. Ito ang tunay na pagsamba sa kanya.

4. God requires our full potential.
Romans 12:11
Huwag kayong maging tamad kundi magpakasipag at buong pusong maglingkod sa Panginoon.
Excellence - is a cure
Perfectionism-is disease
Excellence - causes success
Perfectionism - causes stress
• Excellence breeds success
• Perfection breeds stress

If we have been designed for excellence, with excellence by excellence then we should do excellence, be excellence and perform with excellence.
Remember, you don't have to be THE best, you have to be YOUR best. That's all God is asking
