When Abram learned that Lot had been taken captive, he didn't gather an unprepared crowd. Instead, he led 318 trained men born in his household into battle and they won.
This reminds us that victory is not determined by numbers alone but by preparation. Being armed without training can still lead to defeat. Likewise, having great potential without proper preparation limits your impact.
If you feel like you're still in a season of training, don't be discouraged. God often develops His people before He deploys them. Every lesson, every challenge, and every season of growth is preparing you for greater responsibility.
Training is the bridge between your calling and your conquest. Like Abram's trained servants, be ready when God calls you into battle. Your next level will not come by wishing for it, it will come through faithful preparation, intentional growth, and consistent training.
