There are days when the world feels far too loud and the road ahead looks impossibly steep. Itโs that deep, quiet fatigue that settles into your bones, making even the simplest tasks feel like a heavy burden.

But there is a sacred honesty in saying, "I am tired." It is in those moments of total depletionโwhen our own strength has finally run dryโthat we become most open to a peace that doesn't depend on our circumstances.
In the Bible, we see this most tenderly in the story of Elijah. After facing immense pressure and fear, he fled into the wilderness, sat under a tree, and prayed that his life would simply end. Godโs response to him wasnโt a reprimand or a demand for more work; instead, it was a display of profound gentleness. God allowed him to sleep, provided him with food, and met him not in a roaring fire or a great wind, but in a "still, small voice."

If you are feeling the weight of the world today, please know that it is okay to pause. You do not have to carry the future on your shoulders, and you donโt have to have all the answers by tomorrow morning. Trust that the same hands that hold the stars are holding your weary heart, and that this season of heaviness is not the end of your story.
Take a breath, get some rest, and know that you are allowed to rest until your strength is renewed.
