MAY IS THE MONTH OF MARY | As flowers bloom this May, we offer them with love to our Blessed Mother. In this season of Flores de Mayo, may our simple offerings remind us to grow in faith, humility, and trust in God, just like Mary. May she guide us closer to her Son in all that we do.

Day 2 of the 26th Diocesan Summer Youth Camp 2026 at San Isidro Labrador Parish, Moises Padilla was a day deeply rooted in learning, reflection, and spiritual growth. As the sun rose, so did the eagerness of every young participant to embrace the series of talks prepared for us—each one carrying messages that touched both the mind and the heart.

Throughout the day, we were reminded of our purpose as young people in the Church and in our communities. The speakers shared inspiring insights about faith, leadership, service, and the challenges we face as youth in today’s world. Each talk became an opportunity to pause, reflect, and evaluate how we live our lives, how we treat others, and how we respond to God’s call.

More than just listening, Day 2 became a journey of understanding ourselves, our mission, and the importance of being active witnesses of faith. The words we heard were not just lessons, but seeds planted in our hearts, encouraging us to grow, to serve, and to lead with compassion and courage.

Indeed, Day 2 reminded us that formation is essential in our journey as Catholic youth. With hearts filled with new learnings and renewed faith, we continue this camp inspired, empowered, and ready to live out what we have received.

Day 1 of the 26th Diocesan Summer Youth Camp at San Isidro Labrador Parish, Moises Padilla was a beautiful beginning filled with faith, unity, and joy. The day opened with the Holy Mass presided over by our beloved Bishop Louie Galbinez, together with the priests of the diocese, reminding us that everything we do starts with God at the center.

After the celebration of the Eucharist, the energy continued as delegates proudly joined the parade, leading into the vibrant opening ceremony that marked the official start of this meaningful gathering. Day 0 of the 26th Diocesan Summer Youth Camp 2026 marks the quiet yet powerful beginning of a journey rooted in faith, fellowship, and purpose. As delegates arrive at the Parish of San Isidro Labrador in Moises Padilla, there is a sense of anticipation in the air hearts filled with excitement, minds ready to learn, and spirits open to encounter God in new and meaningful ways.

This first day may seem simple, with preparations, registrations, and settling in, yet it carries the essence of every beginning: hope. It is in these small moments meeting fellow young people, sharing smiles with strangers who soon become friends, and embracing the unfamiliar that the foundation of a meaningful experience is built.

Day 0 reminds us that before the activities, before the talks and celebrations, we are first called to be present. Present to one another, present to the community, and most especially, present to God who gathers us all for a greater purpose. As we lay down our worries and expectations, we open our hearts to the grace that this camp will bring.

Indeed, this is only the start but already, something beautiful is unfolding.
