A godly mother reflects the love, strength, and care of God in the home. A mother’s strength does not come only from herself, but from the Lord who gives her dignity, wisdom, and courage for each day. Through her love, guidance, and sacrifice, she helps build a strong and faithful family. Her words bring encouragement, and her life becomes an example of faithfulness and kindness.

A godly mother also leaves a spiritual legacy that can influence the next generation, just like the faith passed down to Timothy through his mother and grandmother. Because of their love and sacrifices, mothers deserve honor, appreciation, and respect. We honor them not only through words, but also by spending time with them, praying for them, supporting them, and showing gratitude for all they do.

We are living in difficult and uncertain times, but Jesus already warned His followers about the signs of the last days. There will be deception, wars, calamities, persecution, and the spreading of wickedness. Many people may fall away from the faith, and the love of many may grow cold. Yet Jesus’ focus is not to make us afraid, but to call us to remain faithful and spiritually alert.

God calls His people to guard themselves from deception by staying rooted in His Word and testing every teaching carefully. Even in the middle of chaos and suffering, believers are encouraged not to fear, but to continue trusting God. True faith is shown by remaining steadfast until the end and continuing to share the Gospel with others. No matter how dark the world becomes, Christ calls His church to stand firm, keep the faith, and live with hope as we wait for His return.

Jesus Christ holds the ultimate authority, symbolized by the “key of David.” What He opens, no one can close, and what He closes, no one can open. True salvation is found only in Him, and He alone has the power to open doors for the spread of the Gospel and for His purpose in our lives.

Because Christ opens these doors, believers are called to respond with obedience by sharing the Gospel and making disciples. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, God enables His people to reach hearts and lead others to Him. Every life touched by the Gospel has an eternal impact, and those who lead others to righteousness bring glory to God forever.

While fear is a natural response, it should not control our lives. Like Elisha’s servant, we often panic when we only see our problems, but God is already at work even when we cannot see it. Our fear usually comes from focusing only on what is visible, instead of trusting in God’s unseen power and presence.

Through faith, we learn to see beyond our situation. When God opened the servant’s eyes, he saw that they were surrounded not by enemies, but by God’s protection. This reminds us that God is always with us, actively working on our behalf, and able to change any situation. What seems like defeat can become victory in God’s hands. We are called to trust His perspective, choose faith over fear, and believe that God can turn our struggles into testimonies.

Today’s message teaches us the principle of sowing and reaping, what we plant is what we will harvest. If we give little, we receive little; but if we sow generously, we will also reap generously. This applies not only to material things, but also to our time, love, faith, obedience, and generosity. God desires that we give our best, not out of obligation, but from a willing and cheerful heart.

Generosity is not about expecting something in return, but about having a heart that honors God. Like Isaac who sowed even in a time of famine, we are called to trust God and continue planting good seeds. We may not control when the harvest will come, but we can choose what we plant. When we sow righteousness, humility, peace, and trust in God, we will experience His blessings and breakthrough in His perfect time.

A person’s true faith is revealed not just by words, but by their actions and way of life. Jesus said that we will recognize people by their fruit, meaning their behavior and character. A genuine faith produces good works, while a false or empty faith will not show lasting change.

The heart plays a big role because whatever fills the heart will be seen in our actions. That is why we are called to guard our hearts. We must also be careful of false teachings and influences, because not everything that looks good is true. The standard of a fruitful life is found in Christ, when we remain in Him, we will bear good fruit such as love, joy, peace, and self-control. A life connected to Jesus will naturally reflect His character.

As believers, we will face troubles and challenges in life, but we are not meant to be shaken by them. Jesus Himself said that in this world we will have difficulties, yet He offers us peace even in the middle of chaos. True peace is not the absence of problems, but the presence of Jesus in our lives.

Even in the storms of life, we are not alone because God promises to never leave us. Through Christ, we are already victorious, and we face our battles from a place of victory, not defeat. Our pain, delays, and struggles are not the end of our story. God is working through them to bring purpose, restoration, and hope. Because Jesus has overcome the world, we can hold on with faith, knowing that better days are coming.

The resurrection of Jesus is not just a story, but a proven truth supported by evidence such as the empty tomb, eyewitness accounts, and the transformed lives of His followers. The resurrection confirms that Jesus is truly the Son of God and that His sacrifice for our sins was accepted.

Because Jesus rose from the dead, believers now have victory over sin and death, a new life in Christ, and the hope of eternal life. The resurrection is not only something we believe in, it is something we live out daily. Jesus is alive today, and through Him, our lives are changed, renewed, and filled with hope.

The earth trembled at the news: HE IS NOT HERE, HE IS RISEN!

In that moment, joy replaced sorrow, hope triumphed over fear, and life conquered death not just for that day, but for all eternity.

Today, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, not only for what it meant then, but for what it means for us every single day. A sacrifice that brings forgiveness, renewal, and lasting peace to anyone who puts their faith in Jesus.
