Our purpose isn't something we invent; it's something we receive from our Creator. The "fear of God" isn't being terrified of Him; it's a profound reverence, awe, and submission that places Him at the center of everything we do. It’s about building our lives on an eternal foundation rather than a fleeting one.
Finding our purpose in God doesn't mean life will be without struggle, but it does mean we have a Hope that anchors us through every season, good or bad (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). It means we can truly enjoy the simple gifts of life – work, food, friendship – seeing them as blessings from His hand (Ecclesiastes 3:12-13).
Let’s not be caught in the endless cycle of striving for meaning that won’t last. Let’s focus on the one thing that truly matters: knowing, loving, and obeying our God. Everything else falls into place when He is first.☝🏻
