Santos, the Parish Priest of San Ildefonso Parish is the Overall Chairman of the Parish Pastoral Council. As such he is also the Chairman of the Commission on Youth. Bro. Jan Patrick T. Mendoza acts as the President and Coordinator of the PCY to the Vicarial Commission on Youth of Vicariate of St. James (Plaridel).
