We inform everyone with sadness that our beloved mentor, Pastor Joe Cantutay, from Balingasag Grace Gospel Church of Christ has already passed away.

Pastor Joe was a great mentor to us here in the pioneering church in Gingoog City. His life, teaching, and dedication to the ministry greatly helped guide and strengthen our church family.

Though we grieve, we are reminded of God’s promise. In Philippians 1:21, “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.”

Pastor Joe is now in the presence of the Lord he faithfully served. Let us continue to pray for his family and remember the faith and example he left to all of us.

The Gingoog Grace Gospel Church of Christ family mourns the loss of our beloved Pastor. We will never forget your teachings and your faithful service to Christ.

𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐀 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐕𝐄𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

One of our YP advocates had the privilege to attend the Philippine Values Education Program, Inc. Conference held on November 13-14, 2025 in Cagayan de Oro City, with the inspiring theme: "Opportunity Begins with Unity."

The conference was a precious experience and filled with enriching talks from guest speakers from abroad and insights from the lives of lawyers. Those two days were truly amazing, and we joyfully thank God for the opportunity.

The entire congregation extends heartfelt gratitude to the PVEP founders, staff, and advocates nationwide for their tireless dedication in guiding young people through values education anchored in biblical principles. Their work continues to inspire and shape a brighter, united future.

Pastor’s Appreciation Month Celebration

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬

Time really does fly. Last October, we joined believers around the world in celebrating Pastor’s Appreciation Month. Today, we want to take a moment to honor and thank two amazing servants of God, Pastor Joeray C. Bete and Brother Lemuel T. Awayan. Their faithfulness, courage, and commitment to share God’s Word every Sunday, and their passion in leading evangelism and training, have truly inspired us all.

Thank you, Pastor Joeray and Brother Lemuel, for your love, patience, and devotion to the ministry. Your lives remind us what it means to serve God wholeheartedly. May He continue to bless you with wisdom, strength, and joy as you lead and care for His people. We’re deeply grateful for you both!

The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching. - 1 Timothy 5:17

We gladly commemorate today not only your birthdate but also God's goodness in your life. The church family truly benefits from your consistency as a Sunday School teacher, and we appreciate how you sow the seeds of God's Word in the hearts of the young.

We ask the Lord to keep you strong, give you many more years, and let you be a powerful asset in His vineyard. May His grace and kindness shine brightly through your life.

𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐄 & 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘🎉

Last Sunday night, we celebrated the birthdays of these two lovely individuals with joy, thanking God for another year of life and unwavering faith. Both of them have been a part of the ministry for several years, and thanks to God's unrelenting grace, they still serve faithfully through all the highs and lows of life. Their lives remind us that the presence of God never wavers, and His love never fails us in every season of life.

Sincere words of love and encouragement were expressed by the brethren, particularly by our church leaders, bearing witness to the blessing Marianne and Jerry have been to our spiritual family. Indeed, their lives are a living testament to God's goodness and faithfulness.

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” – Psalm 37:4

May the Lord bless you, direct you, and make you stronger in all aspects of your lives. We pray for your faith to grow deeper and that your ministry service keeps on motivating others.
