𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲

The 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲 is a Catholic belief and 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘨𝘮𝘢 wherein 𝙿𝚘𝚙𝚎 𝙿𝚒𝚞𝚜 𝚇𝙸𝙸, on 𝙽𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚖𝚋𝚎𝚛 𝟷, 𝟷𝟿𝟻𝟶, proclaimed Mother Mary's assumption of 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯 by the 𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙. It is a privilege granted to Mary, and closely connected to her being the Mother of God. Since the 5th century, it is celebrated every 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡.

This belief teaches us that 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘯 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘏𝘪𝘮, and gives hope for the promise of resurrection and life everlasting. And as we honor the Mother of God, the Ever-Virgin Mary, we celebrate her life, the completion of her time on earth, and her glorious entrance into Heaven, body and soul. From Heaven, 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘴 with her perfect maternal love.

Let us pray: Dearest Mother, assumed into Heaven, you are the Immaculate Conception, the Ever-Virgin Mary, the Mother of God. As we honor your glorious Assumption into Heaven, please pray for me and for all your children. In Heaven, you are honored by your Son and your prayers are most effective. I believe this with all my heart and entrust myself, my family, our Church, and the entire world to your motherly care and intercession.

𝕯𝖆𝖐𝖎𝖑𝖆𝖓𝖌 𝕶𝖆𝖕𝖎𝖘𝖙𝖆𝖍𝖆𝖓 𝖓𝖎 𝕾𝖆𝖓 𝕿𝖆𝖗𝖈𝖎𝖘𝖎𝖔, 𝕬𝖓𝖌 𝕭𝖆𝖙𝖆𝖓𝖌 𝕸𝖆𝖗𝖙𝖎𝖗 𝖓𝖌 𝕾𝖆𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖘𝖎𝖒𝖔 𝕾𝖆𝖐𝖗𝖆𝖒𝖊𝖓𝖙𝖔

Ngayong araw ay ating ginugunita ang buhay ng isang batang martir na naging huwaran ng katatagan sa pananampalataya at wagas na pagmamahal sa Banal na Eukaristiya. Sa murang edad, buong tapang niyang tinanggap ang tungkulin na maglingkod sa Diyos at pangalagaan ang Katawan ni Kristo, kahit alam niyang maaari itong magdulot sa kanya ng panganib.

Sa panahon ng matinding pag-uusig sa mga Kristiyano sa Roma, ipinagkatiwala kay San Tarcisio ang pagdadala ng Banal na Komunyon sa mga kapatid na nakakulong dahil sa kanilang pananampalataya. Sa kanyang paglalakbay, hinarang siya at pinilit na isuko ang Eukaristiya, ngunit nanatili siyang matatag at hindi niya hinayaang malapastangan ang Katawan ni Kristo. Sa halip, pinili niyang ialay ang kanyang buhay bilang patunay ng kanyang katapatan at pagmamahal sa Panginoon.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon sa ating lahat, lalo na sa mga kabataang naglilingkod sa Simbahan, ang kabayanihan ni San Tarcisio. Sa kanyang halimbawa, matutuhan na ang tunay na paglilingkod ay nangangailangan ng tapang, sakripisyo, at matibay na pananampalataya. Nawa’y lalo nating mahalin, igalang, at pahalagahan ang Santisimo Sakramento at manatiling tapat sa ating paglilingkod sa Diyos.

Sa araw ng pagdiriwang para sa ating Patron na si San Tarcisio, inaanyayahan ang bawat isa na makiisa sa ating 𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐧𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Isang pagtitipon ng pananampalataya, pasasalamat, at tapat na paglilingkod tulad ng ipinamalas ng ating patron na buong pusong inialay ang sarili para kay Kristo.

Tulad ni San Tarcisio na tapat na nagbantay at naglingkod sa Kanyang mga banal na regalo, nawa’y manatili tayong matatag sa ating panata na ang bawat paglilingkod, bawat sakripisyo, at bawat pagtutulungan ay alay ng ating pagmamahal sa Diyos at sa ating kapwa.

𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐔𝐎 𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐘 𝐊𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎

Sa loob ng tatlong araw na paghahanda, tayo ay nagkakaisa, nagdarasal, at naghahandog ng ating sarili sa Diyos. Tulad ni San Tarcisio na tapat na nagbantay sa Banal na Sakramento at inialay ang buhay para kay Kristo, nawa’y patatagin din natin ang ating pananampalataya at paglilingkod.

Bawat dasal, bawat sakripisyo, at bawat pagtutulungan ay ating iaalay bilang paghahanda sa dakilang pagdiriwang. Ang tawag ay maglingkod, ang puso ay nakatuon kay Kristo.

𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐔𝐎 𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐘 𝐊𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎

Ngayong araw na ito matagumpay na nairaos ang Unang Araw ng Triduo alay kay San Tarcisio!

Bawat panalangin, pagninilay, at pagkakaisa natin ay naging magandang alay sa Kanya. Tulad ng tapat na paglilingkod ni San Tarcisio, nawa’y manatili sa ating mga puso ang liwanag at lakas na hatid ng araw na ito, habang patuloy tayong naghahanda para sa darating na dakilang Pista.

Maraming salamat sa bawat isa na naglaan ng oras, lakas, at puso upang makasama sa pagdiriwang na ito!

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭. 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞!

Today, 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵, we honor a truly inspiring saint who 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘰𝘳 and faced his challenges with 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 and even 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘰𝘳.

In AD 258, Emperor Valerian ordered the ex*****on of all bishops, priests, and deacons. He offered to spare St. Lawrence if he handed over the "Church’s treasures". Instead, St. Lawrence brought the sick, poor, and marginalized, saying that they were the true treasures of the Church.

Let’s celebrate by 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 to those in need today and remembering to 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 in every person we meet.

Let us pray:

Saint Lawrence, you gave your life to Christ at a young age and followed Him to your death with courage. You executed your duties to the poor with fidelity and saw them as the true treasures of the Church. Please pray for me, that I will have the courage that you had to say “Yes” to Christ, no matter what He asks of me. Saint Lawrence of Rome, pray for me.

Jesus, I trust in You.

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝

The Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord reminds us of Christ's divine glory and His invitation to share in His divine life to His disciples and strengthening their faith and preparing them for the journey ahead.

As we celebrate this sacred feast, may this remind us that even in the midst of life's challenges, God's light continues to guide and transform us. As we fix our eyes on Christ, may we be renewed in faith, hope, and love, reflecting His glory in our daily lives.

𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙

At the Transfiguration, Father, You showed Jesus in glory, a glimpse of what His disciples would see in His risen life.

Bless us in our humanity, with an awareness of Your presence, leading us to share in Your divine life even in our daily struggle.

Help us deepen our knowledge of the Law and the Prophets, channels of Your grace throughout history, and signposts for our journey. Amen.

On this special day, we wholeheartedly thank God for the gift of our beloved Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Randel. Thank you, Father, for your faithful service, compassion, and tireless guidance to our parish community. Your life, devoted to God and His Church, continues to inspire us to grow deeper in faith, hope, and love.

We pray that the Lord will continue to bless you with good health, wisdom, strength, and abundant graces as you faithfully fulfill your vocation as the Good Shepherd of His flock.
