LIVING LIKE JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD
Sunday Service Theme:

Without faith it is impossible to please God.” — Hebrews 11:6
Shared by: Rev. Tolentino O. Carsada

Faith is the foundation of a relationship with God. It is more than simply believing; it is trusting, obeying, and depending on Him in every area of life. Through faith, we accept God’s promises, follow His guidance, and walk in His ways, even when circumstances are uncertain or challenging. Noah, Abraham, and Enoch are examples of how faith transforms ordinary lives into testimonies of obedience and closeness with God. Truly, a life without faith cannot honor God, for faith is the key to pleasing Him and living according to His will .

Sunday Centralized Service
Living Like Jesus Christ, Our Lord
Theme: FAITH

Faith is the foundation of a life that truly reflects Jesus Christ. In the Bible, we see powerful examples of faith through the lives of Noah, Abraham, and Enoch. Noah demonstrated faith that obeys God despite opposition. Though surrounded by doubt and mockery, he trusted God’s word and followed His instructions completely. Abraham showed faith that trusts God’s promises. He obeyed God’s call even when the future was uncertain, believing that God would faithfully fulfill what He had spoken. Enoch revealed faith that walks closely with God. His daily fellowship with the Lord pleased God, and his life became a testimony of intimacy and righteousness. These biblical models teach us that faith is not merely belief, but a lifestyle of obedience, trust, and a close relationship with God. As God’s family, we are called to live by faith, following the example of Jesus Christ in our daily walk.

To all our visitors, we’re truly glad you’re here. You are welcome, you are valued, and you are safe here. 🙏

“When we fully place our trust in Jesus Christ, we are called to live out three essential expressions of love. As the Lord Himself declared, ‘If you love Me, keep My commandments.’
FIRST, love the Lord with all your heart.
SECOND, love Him with all your soul.
THIRD, love Him with all your mind and strength.”

The Washing of the Feet is a sacred act that symbolizes humility, service, and obedience, following the example of our Lord Jesus Christ. Holy Communion serves as a solemn remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice, uniting believers in faith and fellowship as they partake of His body and blood.”

Living Like Jesus Christ Our Lord
Youth 1st Sunday Service – February 1, 2026

The Youth of GOD’S FAMILY CARE gathered for the 1st Sunday Service of February 1, 2026, under the theme “Living Like Jesus Christ Our Lord.” This blessed service was a time of worship, reflection, and fellowship, as young believers came together to honor and glorify God through prayer, praise, and devotion.

A key highlight of the service was the Washing of the Feet, following the instruction of our Lord in John 13:14: “If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.” This sacred act reminded the youth of Christ’s example of humility, love, and servant leadership.

The service also included Holy Communion, symbolizing Christ’s sacrifice and uniting the youth in faith and fellowship.

May this service inspire the youth to walk daily in obedience, humility, and love, reflecting the life of Jesus Christ in all they do.

All glory and honor belong to God alone. 🙏

The Washing of the Feet is a sacred act that symbolizes humility, service, and obedience, as taught by our Lord Jesus Christ. According to John 13:14, Jesus said, “If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.”

This act reminds believers to follow Christ’s example of servant leadership, putting others before themselves and showing love through humble service. It is a powerful symbol of cleansing, fellowship, and a life committed to walking in obedience to God.

GOD’S FAMILY CARE
General Santos City, Philippines

We praise and thank God for a meaningful 1st Sunday Service held on February 1, 2026, with the theme “Living Like Jesus Christ Our Lord.” The service was a blessed time of worship, prayer, and reflection as the congregation gathered in unity to seek the presence of God.

The observance of the Washing of the Feet served as a solemn reminder of our Lord Jesus Christ’s example of humility, love, and servant leadership. According to John 13:14, our Lord Jesus said, “If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.” This sacred act reflects Christ’s direct command and His call for His followers to live lives of humble service.

Led by the Man of God, Rev. Tolentino Carsada, this act was humbly performed among the members of the congregation as a living testimony of obedience to Christ’s teaching and our calling as servants of God.

May this service inspire us to continually walk in faith, obedience, and love, reflecting the life of Christ in all that we do.

All the glory and the honor belong to God alone.
