Our church family has jobs, responsibilities, and full schedules throughout the week. But when the weekend comes, they make timeโ€”not because they have nothing else to do, but because serving the Lord is worth making time for.

From the workplace to the church, weโ€™re reminded that ministry doesnโ€™t always happen within office hours. Sometimes, it happens after a long week, with tired hands and willing hearts.

Thank you to everyone who continues to give their time, gifts, and weekends in service to the Lord. โค๏ธ

From August 14โ€“16, we gathered as one church family for our Spiritual Emphasis Services 2026โ€”three days of worship, fellowship, Godโ€™s Word, and a renewed call to serve.

We are grateful for every message shared, every song sung, every prayer offered, and every person who came with a willing heart. May what we experienced during these days continue beyond the services and into the way we live, serve, and love one another.

May we never stop at simply being worshipers, but become faithful servants who are ready to be used by God.

Last week, we had the opportunity to bring relief and encouragement to our brothers and sisters in Jose Abad Santos who were affected by the recent flooding.

By God's grace, this relief operation was made possible through the generous support of Central Edmonton Alliance Church, our partners in Dubai, FDDC Filipino Derby and Derbyshire Community in the UK, and the CAMA Foundation through Auxiliary Bishop David Dasig. We are also grateful for the donations we received through Ma'am Ruth Tablada, which helped make this relief effort possible. Thank you to everyone who partnered with us in extending God's love and care to communities in need.

Among the communities we visited, we also visited and extended help to the following churches:
1. Sugal Alliance Church
2. Fontanares Alliance Church
3. Kibatang Alliance Church
4. Patulang Alliance Church
5. Green Valley Alliance Church

We also want to thank all our volunteers who gave their time, energy, and effort in preparing and distributing the relief goods. Your willingness to serve has been a blessing to many.

We praise God for a safe and meaningful relief operation and for allowing us to reach and encourage families in Jose Abad Santos. May we continue to be faithful in serving others and responding to the needs of our communities.
