Earlier today, our Stake YSAs had the opportunity to participate in a Psychological First Aid Training at the Stake Center. We are grateful to Brother Jisaiah Enoch Alban for sharing his knowledge, experiences, and practical insights on how we can better care for and support others during difficult times.

We learned that sometimes, the greatest help we can offer isnโ€™t having all the answersโ€”itโ€™s being willing to listen, understand, and simply be there for someone in need.

Thank you to everyone who participated and made the training meaningful. May we continue to develop Christlike compassion by listening with empathy, offering support, and being a source of comfort to those around us๐Ÿค

Grateful for the meaningful time spent together during our combined cottage meeting with Ward 3 and Ward 5 YSAs ๐Ÿค It was a great opportunity to ask sincere questions and receive inspired answers and counsel from our Bishopric and Stake Presidency.

Sometimes, the questions in our hearts are the same questions others are carrying too. Through this cottage meeting, we were reminded that no concern is too small when we seek guidance with faith, humility, and a willingness to learn. Truly, there is comfort and strength in growing together as disciples of Christ ๐Ÿค
