The sighting of the crescent moon marks the beginning of a new month, including Ramadan and Eid celebrations. It's a time for unity, reflection, and spiritual growth. Reminder to focus on the spiritual significance of moon sighting, rather than getting caught up in conflicts or disagreements.

Difference and

Almost most Muslims today are not free from
use the term "Sembahyang" which refers to "Salah."
But in fact, the term "Sembahyang" has
purpose or meaning that there are elements of "polytheism."

Professor Siddiqi Hasbi As in one of his book,
discussing the word "Sembahyang" He said: "Sembahyang
taken from the word "Sembah" and "Hyang" which
refers to the name of god - the god worshiped by the
adherents of Hinduism of yore. "Sembahyang" is also defined
as "the worship of idols called Hyang."

Two experts Bahasa Indonesia, which had one of them
come to Malaysia, taught at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
(UKM), Dr. Daniel, also has confirmed that the term
"Sembahyang" refers to "the gods named
. "

Buddhist people go to
Tokong, Hindus go to Kuil and
Christians go to church use
the term "Sembahyang" it is up to them, because
there are elements of "polytheism" in their worship.
But Muslims, not suitable to use "Sembahyang" as
termed as "Salah", which was originally
Prayer said it refers to "the gods named
Hyang. "

If possible, please change the verse as a direct capital
children up to perform the dawn prayer. "Son/daughter, wake up!.
go "Sembahyang Shubuh," to "Son/daughter, wake up!.
Go "Salah Shubuh." Salah is more accurate term.

Maybe some of us, will assume that
this is a trivial matter and is not so important.
But for those with religious awareness
and concerned the quality of worship, be always careful
and take notice of things like this.

Spread the word. . . May Allah bless our efforts. Amen.

The customs….

Historically, , especially the Puritans, did not celebrate Christmas for the following reasons:

Opposition to Catholicism Protestants opposed Catholic traditions, including Christmas, which they considered unbiblical.
Absence of Biblical Basis The exact birth date of Jesus Christ is not written in the Bible.
Exploitation of Pagan Traditions. Christmas has its roots in pagan traditions like Saturnalia and Yule, which they don't like.

And over time the views of some of the Protestants changed
1800s Protestants began celebrating Christmas again, especially in America.
Contemporary Times. Today, most Protestants celebrate Christmas as a time of unity, love, and applause for the birth of Jesus Christ.

Datu Paduhinog, also known as Datu Paduhinog Irong-Irong, was one of the ten Bornean datus who, according to the Maragtas, fled the tyranny of Sultan Makatu Nao in Borneo and settled in Panay Island, Philippines.

Here's what we can glean from the search results:

- Arrival in Panay: The ten datus, led by Datu Puti, sailed to Panay Island in search of a new home. They encountered the Aeta people, the indigenous inhabitants of the island, and negotiated the purchase of the land for a golden salakot (hat) and a gold necklace.
- Division of Land: After settling in Panay, the ten datus divided the island among themselves. Datu Paduhinog is associated with the region of Irong-Irong, which corresponds to present-day Iloilo.
- "Irong-Irong": This part of his name, "Irong-Irong," is often translated as "long nose" or "pointed nose." It may have been a descriptive nickname or a title reflecting his physical appearance or personality.
- Historical Accuracy: While the Maragtas provides valuable insights, it is important to remember that it is a combination of historical fact and oral tradition. Modern studies have raised doubts about the accuracy of the legend.

In summary, Datu Paduhinog of Irong-Irong is believed to have been one of the ten Bornean datus who settled in Panay Island, specifically in the area now known as Iloilo. His story is an important part of the Maragtas, but its historical accuracy is debated.

The importance of treating each other with kindness and compassion:

"O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted." (Quran 49:13)

This verse emphasizes the equality of all human beings and the importance of mutual understanding and respect among different individuals and communities. By recognizing and appreciating the diversity and uniqueness of each individual, we can create a more harmonious and compassionate society, leading to a positive impact on humanity as a whole.

The husband has the right to pronounce the words of divorce (talaq) to his wife. He can also give her a statement of divorce in writing.

The wife may apply to an Islamic Court or to the Sharia Council to divorce her husband not in Instagram. She must give reasons as to why she believes that her husband has broken down the marriage contract. It is then up to the court to decide if the man is guilty.
And Allah knows best!
