As one of the 105 student organizations at Mindanao State University in General Santos City for the academic year 2025–2026, Youth for Christ Campus Based has received official recognition.

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Services (OVCSAS) and the Office of Student Development Services (OSDS) formally announced today, July 28, the student organizations' recognition event at the University Gymnasium.

Driven by the Holy Spirit, transformed by the love of Christ, and one with the Catholic Church, YFC Campus Based is a youth ministry of Couples for Christ that renews society by raising servant leaders grounded in Christian values, witnessing God through the campuses.

Today we thank God for your life—a life that continues to be a blessing not just to MSU-GENSAN YFC CAMPUS-Based but to many of us. You’re not just the youngest Vice Chancellor in MSU history, but truly one of the most genuine and kind-hearted leaders we've ever had. Your love, care, and support for the students and the MSU community go beyond your position. You lead with heart, and that’s what makes you so special.

𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙎𝙏 𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙀𝙈𝘽𝙇𝙔? 𝘾𝙃𝙀𝘾𝙆!!

Held at the Alumni Pavilion, MSU-YFC kickedstarted the academic year activity with the much-anticipated Campus-Based Assembly last September 26, 2024.

Amid the looming exams, packed up schedules, and the brewing existential crisis, the simple act of kamustahanay and shared prayers served as a gentle reminder that none of us are alone in this journey. In filling each other’s cups with presence and love, we are reminded that the company of our brothers and sisters is nothing short of a miracle from Christ.

After a long hiatus, we are thrilled to announce that MSU Youth for Christ Campus-Based finally back on its track! 🤘🤘

Finally, we will be able to come together and celebrate our faith in a way that has been absent from our lives for far too long. It's been years since we've had the opportunity to gather as a community and lift our voices in prayer, to share in the joy and camaraderie of our shared beliefs here in our campus.

So, join us on our first ever gathering after the pandemic, on September 26, 2024, 5:30 pm at MSU Alumni Pavilion. Together, let us make some unforgettable memories and continue to grow and thrive as a community of believer! Don’t forget to bring your friends also, igsoon!
