Remembering our Worship Sunday last August 16, 2026.
Our Pastor, Rev. Nelson L Coronel challenged us about the glorious and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ from the powerful message in Mark 13:26 - "And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory." 🌿

𝙎𝙤𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠, 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜!
Out of 260 chapters in the New Testament, the Second Coming is mentioned an astounding 318 times—proving just how vital this blessed hope is for every believer.

​Jesus is coming back to complete our salvation, reign forever, and destroy death itself! Because of this blessed hope, we are called to:
✔️ Stay watchful and ready (Mark 13:33)
✔️ Be faithful stewards of what God has entrusted to us (Matthew 25:14-30)
✔️ Maintain a worthy, holy character (1 John 3:1-3)
✔️ Keep busy fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20

𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚. 𝙇𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙤𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙞𝙢 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮! 👑

We are warned that we have a stewardship given to us by our Lord and He requires that we be faithful in the discharge of that responsibility, Matt.25:14-30.

We must be careful to maintain a worthy character,
1 John 3:1-3. In view of His near return we must hasten to carry out the great commission. Matt. 28:18-20

Tonight, we encounter a heartfelt situation. A grandparent who truly loves their grandchildren, and a grandchild who disrespects his grandparents. Nowadays, the enemy's actions are truly intense; disobedience and pride are everywhere. This is nothing new to anyone who reads the Word of God, for the days are evil...☝🏻 𝑾𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆'𝒔 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒊𝒓𝒄𝒖𝒎𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝒘𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒔 𝒘𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒅𝒂𝒚. 🌱 Rooting our hearts back to His truth:

✅ Confidence in Christ:
Our relationship with God is built entirely on the truth of Ephesians 2:8-9, reminding us that salvation is a free gift from God, not something earned by human works so no one can boast.

✅ The Power of Grace:
Grace is unmerited favor and an undeserved gift; you didn't earn it or deserve it through good works, but received it freely from God through faith.

✅ The Meaning of Salvation:
Being saved means being rescued and spared from disaster—specifically being delivered from the penalty of sin, spiritual death, and eternal separation from God.

✅ Walking in Faith:
Faith is an intentional act of the will to trust and rely completely on God, moving away from self-reliance to trust entirely in Jesus' death to pay for our sins.

Our God never sleeps! He never tired of hearing our Prayers. There is power in the Name if Jesus!☝🏻Praise the Lord! 🙌🏻 Thank you Cupillo's Marje Curaza Cupillo family ☺

Blessed Sunday to everyone! 🌿 Today, our Pastor, Rev. Nelson L. Coronel, delivered a powerful and timely message from God's word about "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭'𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠"
📖 Scripture: 2 Timothy 3;1-7 & Matthew 24:5-7, 12-38

​As we look at the state of the world today, it's a vital reminder to examine our hearts, stay anchored in His truth, and remain in a perpetual state of readiness. God's grace doesn't give us a license to sin—it gives us the strength to live for Him!

✏️ Here are a few key takeaways from our message on the Signs of Christ's Coming:
​✅ The Promise is Sure:
Jesus is coming back, just as the Scriptures foretold.
​✅ The Signs are Evident:
From the moral shifts in 2 Timothy 3 to global events in Matthew 24, we are reminded of the times we are living in.
​✅ Hope for the Church:
Believers have the glorious promise of resurrection, transformation, and eternal life with Him.
​✅ Call to Readiness: God's patience gives us time to reach the world, but we must stay faithful and prepared.

⚠️ 2 Timothy 3:1-7 listed 23 signs of His coming, most of which are very evident today.
1. Perilous times.
2. Men loving themseleves
3. Covetousness
4. Boasting
5. Proud
6. Blasphemy
7. Disobedient to parents
8. Unthankful
9. Unholy
10. Without natural affection
11. Trucebreakers (unforgiving)
12. False accusers
13. Incontinent (without self control).
14. Fierce (brutal) 15. Despising good 16. Traitors
17. Heady (rash)
18. High-minded (conceited) 19. Lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God 20. Having a form of godliness
21. Silly women laden with sins
22. Divers lusts (all kinds of evil desires) 23. Ever learning and never able to come to the Knowledge of truth

⚠️ Matthew 24: 5-7, 12-38 list ten signs that eventually are happing now a days;
1. False Christ
2. Wars and war humors
3. Famines
4. Pestilence
5. Earthquakes
6. Iniquity to abound
7. Love of many waxes cold 8. Eating (gluttonous) 9. Drinking (greedy desire) 10. Marrying

⚠️ Other signs include:
1. The destruction of Jerusalem, Luke 21:20,24.
2. The completion of the church, Romans 11:25.
3. Gospel preached everywhere, Matthew 24:14.
4. The coming of antichrist, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-8.

☝🏻Despite many attempts over the centuries to pinpoint the time of Jesus' return, God's word stands: He will come " at an hour you do not expect." We are to remain in a perpetual state of readiness...... As we reflect God's word today may it will completely encourage us and strengthen us to be faithful doing the trust God has given unto us as we are anticipating for His coming.

​Are we ready for His return? ​May this encourage us to walk closely with God everyday. Let's stay faithful to the work He has given us. 🙏🏻
