CFC Handmaids of the Lord (HOLD) is one of the family ministries of Couples for Christ (CFC). It is a Christian renewal and support ministry for mature women who are single mothers (except minors), widows, separated/divorced/with annulled marriages, unmarried (single mature), married but husbands are not willing or able to participate in the life and mission of CFC, migrants, wives of overseas workers, deprived of liberty (in detention facilities). The ministry assists these women to grow in their Christian life with the Blessed Virgin Mary as their model.

The CFC Servants of the Lord (SOLD) is an international Catholic organization for men, who want to follow Christ and abide by His teachings as they face the many challenges of everyday life. It is a brotherhood where men support one another in faith and in fellowship finding strength to fight temptation. SOLD provides an environment wherein they will be empowered to manage their lives accordingly and lead other men and their families to Christ.

CFC Singles for Christ (SFC) is one of the family ministries of Couples for Christ (CFC). It was founded to cater to the needs of single men and women from 21 to 40 years of age. "Single" refers to anyone within that age group who is free from any legal impediments to marriage. The pastoral care offered by the ministry, though, is not limited to those who are called for marriage, but includes as well those who may be considering either single blessedness or religious vocation as a state of life.

CFC Youth for Christ is a young community of believers, a ministry of Couples for Christ Global Mission Foundation, filled with the vibrancy and conviction of the Spirit,eager to answer the call to do one thing โspread the love of Christ. CFC Youth for Christ embraces the bigger vision of Couples for Christ: Families in the Holy Spirit renewing the face of the earth. The bigger mission: Building the church of the home and the church of the poor. CFC Youth for Christ is now established in more than 100 countries and counting.

CFC Kids for Christ is one of the Family Ministries of Couples for Christ (CFC) which started in 1993 in Manila, Philippines. It was created for the evangelization of the kids through the family. It is guided by its vision of Sharing Christโs joy to families and the world with the three-fold mission of evangelizing kids, enriching families, and renewing society.
