𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 “𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦”… 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘖𝘯𝘦?

Last February 20, our youth gathered at Aquinoville Church of Christ for a meaningful and spirit-filled Single’s Night – Youth Fellowship with the theme “ 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝘀.” It was a night that gently reminded us that before love stories unfold, before timelines make sense, and before promises are spoken by anyone else — we already belong to God.

In a world that often equates singleness with lack, we were encouraged to see it as purpose. This season is not empty; it is intentional. It is a time to grow, to serve, to deepen our faith, and to discover who we are in Christ without distraction. The laughter we shared, the games we enjoyed, and the Word that was preached all pointed us back to one unshakable truth: our identity is secure in Him.

As we continue our journey, may we carry this reminder in our hearts: we are not defined by relationship status, but by divine ownership. 𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙗𝙚, 𝙃𝙞𝙨.

In a world that rushes love and pressures timelines, we choose something different.
We choose to seek God first.

Because before anyone could ever love us, 𝗛𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁.
Before anyone could ever choose us, He already did.

“You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body and your spirit, which belong to Him.” - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

This 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, we are not chasing romance, but rather, we are chasing His heart.

We serve Him in the waiting.
We grow in Him in the silence.
We trust Him in the in-between.

Our season is not a delay. It is preparation. It is devotion. It is becoming more like Christ.

So while the world rushes, we remain rooted. Seeking Him first. Serving Him fully. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

Come and join us at our 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 - a night of worship, word, and wholehearted surrender.

Last Sunday, February 01, marked the first Sunday of February where the AVCC LIFT came together to show love through fellowship. From shared laughter to heartfelt prayers, every moment reflected God’s love in action. It was a beautiful reminder that growing in faith is best done together. Truly grateful for a community that uplifts and inspires 🤍

Last Sunday, the AVCC Lift joyfully gathered to celebrate January as 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, laying a strong foundation for the whole year. Through engaging activities and fun Bible trivias, young minds were trained to know, love, and live the Word of God. May His Word continue to guide us all year long.

𝗚𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗚 𝗮𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰: 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗝𝗘𝗝𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡 𝗘𝗥𝗔

𝗚𝗠 𝟮 𝟰𝗹𝗹!

Last 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the AVCC Youth celebrated Christmas by returning to the original aesthetic before—the 2014-2017 jejemon days. A time when fonts were loud, colors were bold, and joy was simple. For one night, we looked back and remembered how it felt to laugh freely, connect genuinely, and belong.

As trends and styles surrounded us, the celebration gently reminded us of something deeper: clothes change, aesthetics evolve, and generations move forward, but 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱. Then and now, we gather with the same purpose: 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

Guided by our theme, “ 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲: 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻” (1 Peter 4:10), the night became more than a throwback. It became a reminder that while trends fade, a heart that gives and hands that serve will always be timeless. May styles come and go, but may the name of the Lord always remain trending in our lives.

All outfits and styling were worn purely for fun and nostalgic expression. This event does not discriminate nor intend to offend. Proper modesty, reverence, and respect within the church were strictly observed.

As we step into a new year, we look back with grateful hearts at everything God has carried us through as 𝗔𝗩𝗖𝗖 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗧.

We remember the sleepless nights spent preparing for events—long hours of planning, revising, praying, and trusting. From the first ideas written down to the moments we finally executed them, there were challenges, pressure, and moments of doubt. Yet in every step, God was present. He gave strength when we were tired, unity when things felt overwhelming, and purpose when the work felt heavy.

Beyond the work, we cherish the fellowship God allowed us to experience. Through online devotions and face-to-face gatherings, we grew together in faith, encouragement, and love. Whether on screens or in the same room, God met us there—strengthening our bonds, deepening our understanding of His Word, and reminding us that we are never alone in this journey.

What we’ve been through this past year was not easy, but it was meaningful. Every sacrifice, every late night, every shared prayer, and every moment of fellowship became a testimony of God’s faithfulness. Ministry taught us that it is not about perfection, but about walking together in obedience and grace.

As we begin this new year, may God’s grace continue to carry AVCC LIFT. May He renew our strength, sustain our fellowship, and keep us rooted in His purpose. We move forward together, trusting the One who has been faithful in every season—𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨.

𝗕𝗨𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 🌿✨
Youth Retreat | October 31 – November 01

What a grace-filled two days! The fire we once kindled now burns even brighter — turning sparks of passion into lives that bear the 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 (Galatians 5:22–23).

In this gathering, our hearts were rekindled, our roots grew deeper, and our faith blossomed in ways only God can make possible. From moments of worship to quiet reflection, laughter, prayer, and fellowship, every part of this retreat reminded us that when we draw near to Him, He grows something beautiful within us.

Here’s to a generation 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆 and 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲.

What began as a flicker of passion has grown into a steady light, nurturing seeds of faith and love within us. From 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆 to 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲, we are called to grow deeper, live fuller, and bear fruit that reflects His presence in our lives.

AVCC LIFt is here to lead us into a worship that heals and a praise that restores. What was once broken becomes whole, and what was once silent now bursts into song! This is the heart of worship, and this is the sound we’ll be raising together.

With mended hearts and LIFTed voices, we’ll come before the Lord with thanksgiving, declaring His goodness and faithfulness through every melody.
